You won't find any fancy, overpowered weapons or armor in there, or any game-breaking scrolls of super-godly ressurection. (They do, however, sell 'blank' weapons and armor that you can add your own stats to with runes and all that, though they're mostly for looks and decoration. )
But you 'will' find double xp potions, potions that help you craft items a little easier, teleportation runes, potions that turn you into a giant stone monster... and things like that.
Though the flipside is that everything you find within the store, you can actually buy with in-game gold instead. xD
Takes a bit longer to save up for things at lower levels, but once you reach the 'endgame', with piles of gold rolling into your mailbox every day you log in from the Auction house, you'll basically be more or less even, stat and armor-wise, with everyone else your level.

the game is not rly cash dependant if you pay money the road will be alot easier and faster cus of exp potions and stuff.
witout paying real money you can still get to the top but it will be alot harder and slower then when you pay but still easy.
my advice if you want to play a game dont play it cus you can play it to the end with your eyes closed its to easy.
mmorpgs forgot what a game is meant to be. and need to stop supporting 4yo kids to be able to play them by making them easy.
The cash shop is more like a drug store.
