Serious Question...
If Derek Smart had already set aside the budget to give refunds back to all the customers, how come he hasn't done it yet? The game, as far as anyone can tell is hemorrhaging money. They have less than 100 subs and close to 40 employees. They have to pay for bandwidth still and office space. How is this happening?
So, where are the refunds? As soon as he said the words "I authorized the budget" the refunds should have gone out. Otherwise, it seems like a nice PR stunt but with no actual intention of action.

Well he say's it's going to happen.
I'm in that old wait and see mode (been in this mode since the Oct 1st launch was announced then pushed back then soft launched, guess I've been in this mode since Beta really).
Seeing as I bought 5 yearly accounts and got the ol' name an NPC and write some lore for him contest, (yes 5 subs not 8 as someone else mentioned), it'd be nice to get some of that money back - "but" I don't really expect it to happen. As you say if it was going to happen why didn't it already? Why have to wait for a relaunch of the game if it's already in the budget or whatever to happen?
So I wrote my "if" post in the forms and I guess there were responses that upset the powers that be (I didn't get the chance to read them - guess they were deleted).
Oh well .. if and when it happens I'll be waiting.

Aldo and I are very patient, he being a dwarf and I just being old and prone to long naps.
Hope to see some of my friends in the World of Alganon, but I'm not holding my breath (after all I look ugly with blue skin).
