Tailoring system to change the looks of your armor to another piece of armor.
New race - Shadows
Rare System revamped - drop rates improved, weapons/armor/jewelry stats improved. Rare weapons now level when you use them
Aetheria - new inventory slot with Aetheria which level and cast proc spells during combat
Large number of new hairstyles added along with in-game barber to change your characters hair, eyes, nose, mouth and skin shade
Miscellaneous other things.
This is a pretty exciting patch for AC players, everyone should check it out.

Turbine has issued over 70 free content updates to AC since its launch in November 1999.
I believe they're actually at like 115 free content updates now. 100th update was october or november of 2008 I believe, and they've had one a month with the exception of 1 month since then.
