ncsoft just publish's it so if lineage,coh/cov and guildwars service is the same as aion then yea probably B&S will be too
i never found NCSoft to be too lacking in CS.
They're actually doing a fairly decent job with Aion so far. It's not the best but its still effective. Sometimes i just feel that people hate on their CS a little too much to the point where it gets blown out of proportion.
