yep in asia they got this feature basicly this means you can go in instance solo or with a full group and game is supposed to adjust accordingly(supposed since only asia gets this feature as of yet its hard to know if this is a good system!

In my opinion, it's a horrible idea. It makes the game more FPS-like than RPG-like.
RPG were since its early beginnings about improving in power within the game environment. If you make difficulty to scale up or down to be on equal level with the character level, the game loses one big RPG factor = progression, and it trivializes everything into same-difficulty.
REALITY CHECK
I haven't been following this specific game, but this sort of feature would be a good idea for most MMORPGs.
I would have it scale from two players (NOT solo) to maximum party size, though.

The OP mentioned scaling to party size, not power.
I agree that it should not scale to power level. Well, it could be done right.

I meant it either way. Scaling to player or party level is simply an RPG killer feature. Maybe solid for more FPS-style MMORPG.
REALITY CHECK
It works for City of Heroes and it seems to be the only way to make quest work for both solo players and groupers currently. Hopefully someone can figure out how to make this work in the open world parts of games also so one side does not get the shaft because of the other sides playstyle.
I would definitely support.
It allows players to enjoy the game without restriction. Players can solo, duo with buddy or just enjoy as a guild event!
It'll be great...

So, if you and a couple of friends are on, you're fine with not being able to run a dungeon because you are short on numbers?
I think this is a serious design flaw with most MMORPGs.

sorry its on mmosite on one end i think its a nice idea to balance the instance for solo or group but on the other what is the incentive of player to run in it in group?
Erm... Challengers and fun?

Yes definetly. I mean there's always an alternative to do an easier dungeon if you lack people, and there's always an option to actually use a social tab - and look for more. It's a MMORPG, not a multiplayer for a single player game. People should be enforced and motivated to actively seek groups, rather than having everything scale down to their level.
REALITY CHECK
Any system designed to bribe or coerce soloers to group is going to fail to provide quality grouping.
Any game which tries to appeal to both soloers and groupers will fail to please either group. It's like having a social club of vegans and butchers. Neither group will be happy.
MMORPGs should focus on primarily group content - with the requirement of providing small group content.

Have a feeling we're back to the solo/casual vs group arguments...

Playing an easier dungeon generally means no advancement in xp or gear. You can get a challenge, but no real reward.
I don't object at all to the option of looking for more players, but finding good players of the needed roles can mean a long wait.
Keep in mind that I am not supporting making group content solo-able. At least two players at a minimum.

Don't get me wrong, I don't say that such a feature shouldnt have its own place within the genre. But I definetly wouldnt want to have it in the game I play for the reasons I provided. First: I wouldnt use it, because I want to feel weak at first compared to the world, and then improve as I progress throught the game. The artificial feeling that when I enter some place, that all mobs and loot inside scale to my level and to the amount of people in my party, would kill any sort of immersion for me.
And second, even if I wouldnt use such a feature, it sure would make it harder for me to find groups as most of the content would be doable in any party/level constellation. For me the feature would mean: wasted man hours for something that makes it harder for me to get groups.
