A little court action this afternoon:
Receiver’s Request for Expedited Status Conference and Determination of Validity of Pre-Receivership Joint Venture Agreement on April 16, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. (15 minutes)
IT IS ORDERED setting a Three (3) Hour in-person evidentiary hearing on Receiver’s
Request for Determination of Validity of Pre-Receivership Joint Venture Agreement on May 12,
2010, at 1:30 p.m.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED permitting limited discovery on issues/evidence related to
the validity of Pre-Receivership Joint Venture Agreement. The parties shall make good faith
efforts to resolve any discovery issues, and are directed to contact the Court telephonically if any
issues remain after consultation.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any responses to the Receiver’s motion be filed (and
e-mailed to all counsel) no later than May 4, 2010, at noon. Replies shall be filed (and e-mailed
to all counsel) no later than May 10, 2010, at noon.
