looking for a nice decent balanced game.

Lookign for a good game that has pvp with the following aspects: 

 

PVP that pits people evenly against one another. No stupid PvE raids. No outrageous gear that turns you into a god.

 

It can be sub or f2p I dont mind,

 

and Id like a game thats good...NOW not years ago before certain patches to games (YOU know what Im talking about, the countless threads that talk about games that were good before a certain patch ruined it or w.e)

    try luminary its a well balance game if you ask me, also beenplying it for a 1year now, thou i join pvp events but never get to win lolz im more of a fashion type player
