Hi all i want to make a list of all mmos that have open pvp. (games where you can atteck evrione you want or faction vs faction that can happen evriwhere  so that does not include games like Aion cus you can only pvp in Abyss there.

 

games:

 

Darkfall -p2p-  open pvp with full loot.

 

Mortal online -p2p- open pvp with full loot.

 

World of warcraft -p2p- Open pvp on the pvp servers. No item drop

 

Runes of magic -f2p- open pvp(on the pvp servers) with the possibility to drop some of your eguipment when getting killed.

 

Conquer online -f2p- pk system that allows you to kill evri1 you want. red/black collored players(pkers) have a high change to drop some of there equipment and will be send to jail when they die.

 

 

Please post open pvp or faction vs factoin mmos you know of (only games that have open pvp evriwhere in the game)

    I haven't played AION since launch (botters and gold spammers killed it for me), but I seem to remember bouncing through rifts into the other factions areas and killing them :).

    EvE Online - open PvP w/ loot, as well as factional and corporation (guild) wars

    The PvP in those two is very similar in many regards.

     

    Some more for the list would be :

     

    UO - Faction, FFA , Guild

    AC - FFA

    DAOC - Faction

    Lineage 2 - Guild, FFA

    EVE Online - Guild, FFA, Faction

    ArchLord - Guild

    Fallen Earth - Faction, FFA

    RF Online, faction pvp everywhere aside from starting zone.

    Aion is kinda a stretch but there is more then just abyss pvp.

    Lots of games similar to Archlord and 2 moons.

    Uh...? In Aion if and where you see the opposing faction you can attack and kill it, and that's not limited to the Abyss. 

    RF Online - Open PvP (against enemy races, although you can also attack your own race with chaos potions which are purchaseable very cheap for in-game currency, no penalty besides people seeing you as a jerk and eventually declaring you KoS). No item drops on death, you do lose a currency called contribution points though, like a rating system, the higher the difference the more you will lose/win.

    I haven't played since the new patch, but I believe Fallen Earth now has a form of open pvp.  Any clan can declare war on another clan, when they are at war (from what I understand) members of each clan can kill each other anywhere, anytime.  Not sure if you consider that open pvp or not.
