So I got the trial to this game since I want to get back into it, (but I lost my old account), but it wont let me log in, ive put in the correct account info (with the @ncsoft) and the right password, but I believe it wants a characters name on the account, although no character exists. Can anyone help?

Dont know good luck tho. i have tryed everything geting back into my account reset my password and my char name still doesnt work i know i did not delete him!!!

i also forgot my character name so i troubleshooted them with this. Once you troubleshoot them they will email you back a set of questions which you should answer to the best of you abilities. You don't need to know all of them, so don't quit out of the questions just because you can't answer them all. I was able to retrieve my character name from just answering most of them. (like how the hell wud i be able to answer what my cd key is after 3 yrs lol)
