I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but that is what it reminds me of sorta. But, with some GTA thrown in for flavor
I kinda like it, but I am not sure if I will purchase it now, or get it later when summer starts to fade.

Heavily instanced, good character/vehicle customizer yep. I´m calling it a standard fps with a few more people on the playfield. Weather that´s good or bad is for each to decide.
All statements I make is from my point of view unless stated otherwise.
Hmm need to be careful what I say with NDA etc but from the "videos" and "quest mechanics" yes it seems on paper as though it is similar to coh.
I am really jealous of people who say there is no lag or hiccups. Great game design but it's still not quite where I expected of this after so much time and budget. Graphical issues and lag issues are probably due to Keys to the City event and I am sure everything will be great at launch.
I will say this.....this game is how I wish city of heroes and city of villains worked out. Actual missions in progress that player villains and player heroes have a chance to react to in the main game.
This game is also similar to the matrix online its kind of a superior hybrid between the two for pvp'rs. I have read the toon customiser is the best ever seen and I've played most if not all. I have also read what is really cool you can design and get new clothes in the game updating your toons look as you go. There will be some real funksters out there..
Yes, because of the customisation is very much like CoH actually...
In fact, I am designing some of my old CoH characters in APB, with the added ability to make a car to match
But the level of customisation is far superior in my view, and makes Coh + CO look childish in comparison.
Don't bother even trying this game if you don't have ATLEAST 3 gigs of RAM, a duel core and a video card made in the last 2 years.... the lag is unbearable especially when driving
