The people at BioWare have announed a special Facebook / Twitter drive this week.
"Comic-Con International is almost upon us! You already know about the “Beyond Solo” panel being held on Friday, but we have something extra we want to announce during it. You’re going to work for this one, though. If we get at least 200,000 “Likes” on our Facebook page and 30,000 Followers on our Twitter page by Friday, July 23rd, 2010, we will bring you this cool reveal!"" The numbers are promising, but are a few short. I don't know about about you guys but I hope they hit those numbers before July 23rd, I could always use "Cool Reveals!"

i do not support this kind of lame marketing. they should pay the peoples for this.
No he's one of the community members of SWTOR like me who wants that special review that bioware is promising if we get the numbers they set us

Stupid and pathetic way to get more hits.
I liked it on twitter, deleted my facebook account some time ago, hated that crap.
Don't think this is a smart move for them, they probably will not reach it and if they do and release an update, there's a good chance people will find it subpar anyway.
Unless they have something stellar which they will release anyhow regardless of the numbers; this seems like a big risk.
Feel free to use my referral link for SW:TOR if you want to test out the game. You'll get some special unlocks!

This incentive won't make me change my way of things, I am patient anyway...
The only thing that would encourage me to go to those social websites and help advertise their game and/or help them hype it up would be for a chance to beta/test (w/e they want to call it now) their game. I do not advertise for other people's profit if I can avoid it. I have done enough of that in the past, and my time is much more limited now.
