A Dell could have anything really since they are customized desktops. Ask your friend what type of card he purchased. Also, check on the box of the game and it will list the requirements to play.
Shugoo, not to be rude but ignorant people like you have no business playing pc games. You know the reason why they made consoles?? So people like you who cant take a few minutes to read up on computer parts can just pick up and play. You say your friend has a dell but yet you dont care to mention how much ram/ proc speed/ vid card he/she has and you expect us to give you a yes or no answer .

I would actually recommend going for the recommend. Almost all games played on min requirments degrades your enjoyment experiance.
your arguement is so persuasive, so filled with knowledge and insight. You back up your argument very articulately, with suggestions of improvements and raising examples to glorify your position....oh wait, you didn't

it depends on what kind of dell, but my experience with this game and dells so far is that it doesnt work with them. i had to install it on my lap top in order to get it to work and my friends doesnt work on her dell for anything except logging on and getting her connection lost.
If it's a relatively new PC, then it will probably have enough ram (at least 512) and a decent enough card to run CoH acceptably.
I would check the card, though. If it's an Intel integrated graphics controller or something like that, then your friend would need to definitely get a better card.

i cant stand people like you, thinkin their better than someone cuz they play more.
