Complexity Killed the Cat
Hi guys, I have been a f2p mmo gamer for over 3 years now, and I'm ready to settle down. I find games like Allods, RoM, and WoW to be really complex with all the stats, talents, and other junk. Can you guys suggest to me a simple free mmo that has a nice community and isn't cash shop heavy?

No offense, but WoW has (to me) one of the easiest to understand stat displays available. If you liked it I'd suggest you just read up on what the stats do, although for levelling it's basically non-issue since the tooltips provide all you need.
RIFT was a *crushing* disappointment; a shallow, loveless, generic MMO the likes of which hasn't been seen in a P2P format since, well, forever.
Eagerly awaiting: World of Darkness, ArcheAge.
I know what you mean with all of the different items with different stats. You might want to play some other games that are usually 3 buttons and the arrow keys which are mmo. A few I can think of are
Fist of Fu
Grand Chase
Dragonica
Gunbound
S4 League
Those are a few I know that aren't complex. Simple with mainly 3 or 5 buttons you would use and the arrow keys. You can hop in and play too so you might like that.

If you think those are complex, you may wish to consider playing games outside of the MMO genre.
Simple free MMO? The ones you listed are VERY simple, though the first two aren't necessarily F2P.

It used to be dex, int and str, helmet,ring,shield,sword,leggings,necklace and whats stats did were common sense.
Now you have 20+ armor slots, a shit load of crap that fall into the dex, int and str catergory, % rates that goes past 100% and.....
Ok, I don't wanna go any further further, /rant.
"We got rid of the trinity." How'd you do that? "Now everyone can heal." Sounds like you just took the mechanic and spread it thin. "Well no, there's one class that can do it better than others." I see, so they're healers. "No. They're.." -mind asplode-
so basically you want a game that holds your hand EVEN more than wow?
why not just skip the stats all together and just play a singleplayer game?
shit why not go one better and skip the stats, AND The singleplayer, and just play FPS? clearly thinking isnt your forte, so why strain that little pile of mush between your ears?
