Vindictus is F2P and open beta starts on the 24th if i'm not mistaken and you might want to take Divine Souls out of your list. It is anything but brilliant.
i thought continent of the ninth was EU only? not anymore i guess....and you forgot to put Rift on the list.

These games are incredibly far below my radar.
Vindictus and C9 two games i would like to try out, they look decent for F2P.

not sure why TERA is considered "brilliant"
from what i've read it seems to have the same ol' tired tank, healer, blah blah blah - *Hurl*
It's twitch based, meaning you have to manually aim, block, and dodge. Sure, there are classes that are better at taking hits and better at healing, but it's certainly not the standard faire.
To the op - that's kind of a strange list lol, but I checked them all out. C9 looked kind of interesting, but I don't see how those classes are balanced at all for pvp lol - I watched a bunch of those 1v1 pvp videos and ended up rooting for any blademaster I saw because they seemed to have such a staunch disadvantage to the other classes, particularly the casters.
TERA and SW:TOR I've already been researching and it's on my list. Vindictus I may give a shot but it looked a bit too repetitive for my taste from that video. Divine souls I also may screw around with one day when I'm bored, but don't see myself playing long term.
Well nice to see a list with some games that arnt known by everyone out there.
But I will admit Guild Wars 2 is number 1 on my list of what to watch for.
Yea I suppose that list might be brilliant if you've never played an mmo before, or your experience is summed up with: WoW
My opinion is: more of the same crap
I can't agree with Divine Souls and Continent of the Ninth being "Brilliant Looking" MMORPGs, firstly; Divine Souls, while having a novel combat and movement design, really underneath is just a casual lobby Smash 'em up game. Continent of the Ninth by all accounts is another eastern import ready to be sent to the scrapyard. TERA is looking promising, and SWTOR we will have to see about.
Continent of the Ninth looks really fun. I'll have to check out that one. Thanks!

You are missing Rift: Planes of Telara and Guild Wars 2
Those 2 above all others .... and ok SWTOR will be nice as well.
