check here  http://entry.ffxiv.com/eu/index.html once the beta begins. Then you can apply for a code.

They aren't up for another 40 minutes, and it should be at the entry.ffxiv.com site.

I don't know it for certain but I do think that those codes are very limited again and handed out via various gaming sites and partners. I don't think that everyone that wants can just request a key anywhere. Open betas stopped to be actually open for all long ago in the eyes of most devs.

On the european site, it says Sep. 2, 2010 at 02:00 (GMT).

The time is now 2:20 GMT here and there's still nothing.

The guy who created this thread is probably european.

Mmmmm, no. It's 1:20 GMT right now. You're probably thinking of BST.

Congrats on your understanding of Daylight Savings Time.

The UK is using BST right now, which is GMT+1. Therefore, you are 1 hour ahead of GMT.

Right... you're on Daylight savings time it looks like?  So it's 2:26 AM where you are, but it's still 1:26 AM at the GMT line (look at the line on the link you posted).  I know it's east of you, but it ignores daylight savings time.

haha wow i didnt think this would turn into a raging "who can tell time the best"-fest. i in fact live in CST, aka middle of the US. and the last time i even cared about converting time zones was from JST > CST for ffxi. my bad. good to know so many people are anticipating this game now; they really crawl outta the woodworks this close to OB :P
