After getting you key if you have problems reaching the account management page, use the link again but instead of filling the ID and password, select "forgot password" and then press the back button. It'll also take you straight to the normal login page without hassle.
Took me about 75 mins to get mine, but managed to nab one at around 4:30am...today's gonna be a long day at work!
I also ended up using that link provided..kind of a dirty way of doing it, but it got the job done. There was simply no way bypassing the maintanance screen after trying for an hour. There was no lag at my end once I had bypassed that screen, annd recieved a key in seconds.
Looking forwards to seeing what they've added since Closed Beta (none of us CB'ers received a follow-up key..) when I get home tonight.
anyone got a link to actually get the client to download in under a week? have utorrent, have open ports, cant break 20k speed. have upload capped at well under max just to make sure im not clogged (even set it all the way down at 5k upload).
FINALLY! After trying 100 times, I logged out of the SE site, right clicked your link, and it FINALLY took me to the account login page, took me 4 tries logging in until I finally did and was able to apply and get my key!

Still all i'm getting is 'Server Error' due to congestion. Doesn't even attempt to load anything else but the error page. Tried multiple browsers but just get the same thing.

Do try the link in the OP. I tried that link and the "official" route periodically through the night. No luck with the official, but just got the Open Beta code via the link at ~3:11AM Pacific Time. That seems to be the best bet, but have to keep trying.

Keep trying it'll get there eventually. No rush though dude the servers have large queues which appear to be moving very slowly. Sat in one now myself, not budging.

GUYS go to the first page and click on the first post link and login from there to get ur key. it just work for me like 2 minutes ago

Dont use the link they provided with the beta code. It'll show busy.
Work around for this is to use the account confirmation link (the first time you register for a squarenx acc) email. It'll bypass the login page.
From the you know what to do.

How I did it. Using google chrome I opened like 10 new tabs with the op link. Like 4 got passed the server error.
