can anyone explain as to why everytime i try to update the client, it's pretty much downloads full speed to about 94%-96% then completely throttles off, and just sits at that percentage?
while both uploading and downloading sit at 0.00b/s i have 28 remote connections and 14 local connections

Its happening to everyone. I open the torrent in Utorent if it takes too long.

yeah I'm stuck at 94.6% right now have been for like 15 minutes
my client keeps crashing after patching how come? are the servers offline at the moment? how can i tell?
