Just because Aventurine or any other of the over ten thousand company’s that are listed on this website does not necessarily mean they are defiantly a successful and professional company offering defense related software and/or services. Click on the visit company website button for Aventurine, oh that is pathetic, looks very amateurish and totally unprofessional, this is the antithesis of what a small but professional and successful or even moderately successful and competent defense contractors website looks like. But lets look at the limited company information provided about there software and related services. C4iS Which is an acronym for Command, Control, Communications, and computers information system. Sounds impressive but actually means nothing, is there any evidence that they have ever provided any type of C4IS software or related services, No there is not. GIS Which is an acronym for Geographic information system. What ever it is its so obscure or vague I can only find it referenced on a small number of Gaming forums talking about the Aventurine listing on the ASDsource website, or the actual Aventurine S.A. listing on the ASDsource website. Game designers love AI and violent, immersive worlds. Happens governments and militaries do, too. But when I finally do give Darkfall a shot, I'll keep a sharp eye out for those highy trained commando gankers. Especially the casters. Gotta watch out for those military mages.

Old news. They did defense contracts to help fund Darkfall. I forgot where I saw this but it was known well before Darkfall even went into beta.

I spoke with a WoW player today. It was like mastrubating with a pair of scissors, fun in the beginning...then mostly pain.
He could not understand why anyone would have player freedom to do quest. Then i told him there isnt a quest MMO. Thats was impossible for him to understand. Then the conservation went out of hand.
Player 1: "But.... but... how can you play a game - nevermind *enjoy* one - that doesn't show you exactly where to go or what to do?"
Player 2: "Well, the game leaves it up to the player to find out for themselves, kind of like your old-school RPGs, or they can talk to other players and ask for help, which helps build community."

Player 1: "I'm trying to figure out how you would know what to do. That doesnt sound very fun. There's no ! or anything to let you know who has a quest?"
