when it first came out, i thought City of Heroes.  Then i saw Guild Wars. I know the game has its detractors, but i think its very good looking stuff. Champions Online looks really good with the graphics settings all the way up, but it sucks up my lappy's capabilities, so i vote guild wars.

Atlantica online on 3rd setting is pretty good but on 5  looks great and the battles are cool as well great lighting

What killed guild wars for me was the use of instanced just about from every zone to the next but GW2 will fix this and remake the game with a whole new lair of awesomeness.

Vindictus was great but what killed that was the idea of moving to the boat 5 feet from the other to continue leveling for 11-20 with the same model copys and renaming the instance

Try to stay on topic on your own topic. Your last 3 posts were completely irrelevant.

    On topic: AoC, FFXIV, Vindictus

These days, probably Vindictus. But way back when, it was probably WoW. Most of my friends that played and I had to go to the local gaming cafe just to play on decent settings in the higher leveled areas.

    Vanguard, easily.

With AoC, the foliage was pretty, but that's about it. You couldn't interact with anything, all the zones were on rails. Vanguard just had such a massive scope.

FFXIV. Poorly optimized and amazing graphics.

  • FoomerangFoomerang Member UncommonPosts: 5,628

    FFXIV

  • LocienLocien Member Posts: 87

FFXIV and TERA. They're both beautiful games, but FFXIV is poorly optimized and runs like crap on my computer.

We didn't have similar thread here for some time...like a week.

The best graphics MMO currently is AoC and still has no match.

FFXIV for sure. It's just poorly optimized and needs a super computer to play above 30frames.

EVE Online. From space to particle effects to amazing ship models to sprawling stations, mission sites and a phenomenal warp effect I have yet to play a game as beautiful as EVE.
