The strange WoW related nightmares I had. Do share your dreams too.

Hello, ever had weird dreams that relate to a video game you used to play? I have, strangely I've had two WoW related nightmares which is strange to even me, one of which was only just last night. The first one I can't remember when I had it but what it was about was probably when I was newer to WoW, I used to be a player loyal to the Alliance but the dream I had I was a Horde character killing Ally NPC, mainly Dwarf guards, maybe this dream was telling me that being Horde is good, I don't know. 
The second dream I had last night was different, considering that the whole theme of Cataclysm is about global disaster, lets say the dream is a cross between WoW and the film 2012. This is what happened, I was some character, probably a Dwarf at level 10 near some Dwarf statures similar to the one in Loch Modan but strangely it was like WoW had merged with real life on the street I live on, but then a major cataclysmic event happened. The Dwarf stature was falling apart, houses that are near by were on fire as the fire violently break the house windows and then all a sudden lava was coming in on land like a tidal wave but as flat lava rushing in everywhere on the ground. The whole planet of Azeroth was done for, everybody rushed to the portal to Outland were everybody thought they were safe but the same was happening on Outland as well.
Some Draenei characters were running to another portal to some other world and a female Draenei says out loud, "What is happening, who or what is causing this?" Then out of no-where this myserious hooded man comes about and says "I know what is causing this" I strangely see my of my own raccoon Anthro character who says the same thing, and then the dream just ends. I believe the strange hooded man was Medivh, I mean who else could it have been that's such an ironic character who was an important character in WC3.
So what was this dream about? Is it about how much I dislike WoW? Is it some bizarre prophecy teling me that 2012 Doomsday coming true? Or is it just my brain thinking things it shouldn't be thinking about? I mean I've already had a doomsday dream about super fast fat zombies charging at me on my street. One thing that does not make sense is why are both of these WoW dreams have dwarves in them?
I don't know, it's all crazy. If you had any WoW related dreams, do share them, it's rare to see something different on the forums for a change.

I dreamt of some crazy ass artifact armor My guild found while doing some 40 man boss back in the day.
My wife woke me up saying i was cursing about DKP and being the main tank lol.
About a week later I smashed every WoW disc I had and uninstalled. Since then i've only gone back for that 10 day ressurection trial in which i played exactly 2 hours before uninstalling again.
When you start dreaming about a mmo its time to let go...

My brother tells me every once in a while he has a WoW dream. He would have them about stuff like being at the bottom in DPS or his skills not working and the raid wiping because of it.
Pretty scary stuff.
Once I was walking along a path to durotar with my level 15 orc hunter and a GM popped up morphed as the lich king and scaled me to 100% then he handed me frostmourne and I started wrecking shit xD

This is a sure sign that you must stop WOW or go mad.
i've had one, and thankfully, only one dream about WoW.
it was when icecrown was still "new" content, looong before the lich king was even fightable. and i dreamt about the lich king fight, although it was nothing like the actual fight.
the fight took place on, what looked like an old 3 mast boat, inside the hull, he was near the front with the tanks and melee, while the ranged was back near the middle. even now and then he'd turn around to face the raid "charge" frostmourne, and shoot, what actually looks alot like infest does in game, and when he charged it, youd have to run back and LOS him behind the doorframe thingies that boats have, i dont know the technical term.

WoW, DCU online, star wars: the old republic, city of heroes, city of villains, everquest, plenty more I'm probably forgetting or aren't worth noting.
So, I've been dreaming about work, does that mean I should stop working? I've been dreaming about sex, does that mean I should stop having sex? I've been dreaming about jumping off a building, does that mean I should sto... oh... wait... maybe not doing that would be a good idea.
The way I see it, dreams are just random crap for the most part. Static from your brain defragging your memory banks, to put it in a humorous non-scientific non-religious way. If you keep dreaming about WoW almost every night, then yeah, you might want to look at your priorities then, but if it just pops up every now and then, no worries. I mean, it would make sense to dream about something you either have more than a superficial interest in or spend more than an hour on here and there, right?
The logic in your statement is just not there. Maybe to you it was a sign that you needed to let go, but you can't apply that same rule to everybody else.
Anyway, I guess I'm safe since I can't remember having any MMO related dreams for quite some time even though firing up an MMO is one of the first things I do in the morning and shutting down an MMO is one of the last things I do at night.

I dreamed they hired some morons named Ghostcrawler and Kalgan and they decided to take away the only thing still drawing in new players stock and BC areas in some idiot plan to clone WAR starting zones, then I dreamed they were going to make Tauren paladins, Gnome Priests and other silly combinations. Then I dreamed they were removing stats because they were too hard to think about and making any idiot with a shield and autoblocking tanking machine. I dreamed they created a class that totally imbalanced the game, opened a cash shop and turned the other way to cheaters and hackers, but I was like Nooooooooo they wouldnt do that, that would be stupid. I mean they wouldn't possibly do MORE Damage after the WOTLK debacle.
Yet Tauren Paladins and Gnome Priests are becoming a reality, amazing you dreamt the future.

I had a recurring nightmare that I could fly and had wings like in Aion, but I could only fly in a few areas so I'd fall off cliffs a lot.

If Tauren can have Paladins, then it makes no sense to not have Rogue as well. Really, Blizzard are making up the lore as they go, seriously why can't they just give every race every class? Then things would be more simpler, although Human Druid would be weird but Dwarf Druid would be funny as hell.
Some class/race combinations are just stupid, I'm sorry but one of the reasons WOW is popular in the first place is not only was the game polished the lore was as well. When you start having Undead Hunters and Gnome Paladins then things have really gotten out of hand and into the realm of stupidity, kids might light it, but the kind of people who make enough income to buy their own computer wont like it.
Gnome Paladin would be funny, the reason why I guess Gnome are getting Priest is because for so long they were the only race to not have a healing class.
As for Undead Hunter, I guess the dog pet stealing your leg joke are going to start flying in similar to the Holy Cow jokes towards Tauren Paladins. =p
Deary me, everything in WoW involves stupid cultural puns, like Worgen Female with the Sparkle joke towards Twilight and there's a quest called Call of Duty...
WOW is cloning War now? So does that mean we can expect an unlimited trial and empty servers soon?
WOW isnt great because it has 12 million players. WOW has 12 million players because its great.

In the dream half the people posting about their dreams of WoW were full of it. Making things up because they had nothing better to do. Wierd huh?...
Well the dreams I had were genuine, there's no way to prove that everyone else is telling the truth or not, you just have to take their word for it.
Who has dreams about WoW? Maybe some elements would pop up here and there but to actually be in the world is just MADE UP. That's just a sign of you playing it way to much.
I used to play it a lot years ago before I quit, I suppose that's what happens when you play a game too much, it gets drilled in your brain, the only way to counter it is to play alot of another game.
I think you play too much wow and it is also time to change that avatar....
I can't remember ever having a dream about a game, but half the dreams I have i forget them when I wake up anyhow.
Edit**** I'm just joking, I don't want you to change that avatar. But please do be careful of how much time you are spending on wow.

Who, me change my avatar? I like my avatar, she is a sweet skunk character of mine, I would change it if I made a avatar of my raccoon character who you can guess from my username is called Rudy.
Having a dream about WoW doesn`t necessarily mean you play it too much, why are people even implying that? Yyour mind dreams about anything you may be feeling for whatever reasons. You could have just played WoW for one day and did or did not like it you could still have a dream about it that night.
I had a dream with Night elves involved once.. or twice... A sure sign one has to come back to reality. I have been "clean" for a few years now never tempted to come back.
Struggling ever since to find an MMO that is even comperable to the fun i had in WoW... Many had the potential. But not the "spark"...

NO NO and NO. Undead Paladins would 1shot them all. Beware of the defiled, wicked HOLINESS. Yea, I may come back to Cata if Blizz gives the Undead the Lightbringer class.
