I'm talking about a person you hang out with...tell personal experiences to...they're there for you when you need them....add a pretty face and an amazing body to this friend and you're in trouble if you aren't single. I know that I couldn't handle a situation where I had an extremely attractive female friend. I have a lot of female associates but I tend to form a barrier against all hot women getting close to me on a real friendship level because I'm married and I would hate the temptation. To me the situation is like being friends with a talking juicy steak (or tofu burger for veggie heads). At any given moment you might get hungry and look their way..

Nothing wrong with being attracted to your friend. Its perfectly healthy, but if you create situations that could lead into anything bad than that is unhealthy (getting drunk together while alone, etc.). Don't be alone with her if you think its that much of a problem. Nothing wrong with stealing a glance . .. when nobody is watching LOL

There's attraction, connection, trust....why wouldn't you give it a go? My wife is pretty much like a best friend that I sleep with. She's into gaming, anime, cars etc...and is about as weird/crazy as I am.
Girls are very good at seeing certain guys only as friends. They can pinpoint reasons why just like that. I don't know many guys that strictly want to keep an attractive girl as a friend unless he or she is already in a relationship or has some tendencies towards the same sex......or they know something pretty disgusting about her - "When are you going to wash? If I had a wife that was upset about hanging out with a pretty girl than I would be bothered that she doesnt trust me and tell her something along the lines of, "I do what I want biatch!" as nice as I could . .. keeping your hands to yourself is easy and so is telling her to stop if she takes things too far.
I know that my girl worries some when I will go out of the country or out of state often and may end up sleeping in the same bed as a good friend of mine (who may be smoking hot) but she knows that I am trustworthy and would never ever cheat. Actually I used to sleep with my best friend from ages 16-20 and some people did not understand how we could be so close and never have sex since she was very attractive . .. so maybe not everyone is so 'whats the big deal?' about it as much as I am.

To be honest the only reason that I trust women is because I have sisters and know that there is a line that they will not cross so it gives me hope that other women are like that. People are wayyy too lax when it comes to cheating in our society. Disease will surely spread and hurt thousands upon thousands of innocent people. That shit breaks up families, might spread AIDS to someone who had no idea (happened to my friend who lost both parents because her dad was cheating and got HIV+), not a good example for anyone else, etc. etc. I could go on forever but do not have to because you know as well as I do that it is fucked up.

I totally agree. A few weeks ago a woman came into to work who I helped and we may have said 2 or 3 things to each other at most before she left. 5 minutes later she called back to work, asked for me, then told me over the phone that her husband was out of town for 5 weeks.

You think only people in relationships have sex? There are plenty of women I've picked up in the bar, banged the hell out of and we were never friends. Come to think of it I don't remember who they even are.
Just because you have a hard time keeping it in your pants and need your gf/fiance/wife to watch over your shoulder so you don't stick it where it don't belong doesn't mean the rest of us are like that. I've have female friends and have thought about gettin it on but never went through it because we are friends first. Quite a few of them are taken now so that's even less incentive.

I just went on a date with a girl I recently met. Things went very well, and at the end she told me she'd like to go out again but...she's into open relationships. In fact, she's in one now. She wanted to tell me, in case I wasn't cool with that. Which I wasn't. So we went our seperate ways because that's just not what I'm into. It seems to be a trend with me lately. I don't think it would matter if you slept in the same bed. I do it with good friends of mine all of the time. Opposite sex? It doesn't matter . .. the main purpose for a bed is to sleep in anyways. It doesn't mean anything to spend the night or see eachother naked sometimes either but when it comes down to it:
- Never ever lie to your wife unless you are ok with her lying to you . ..
- Dont cheat. There is no such thing as being too drunk to notice. Thats bullshit. There are no excuses for it ever. If you do it than it is really fucked up and you should be brought outside and shot.
Whats with the TV these days? Marriage has become meaningless and so many people on TV cheating and having secret affairs . .. makes me sick!
To be honest the only reason that I trust women is because I have sisters and know that there is a line that they will not cross so it gives me hope that other women are like that. People are wayyy too lax when it comes to cheating in our society. Disease will surely spread and hurt thousands upon thousands of innocent people. That shit breaks up families, might spread AIDS to someone who had no idea (happened to my friend who lost both parents because her dad was cheating and got HIV+), not a good example for anyone else, etc. etc. I could go on forever but do not have to because you know as well as I do that it is fucked up.
Think about her and look at her and do whatever the hell that you want but hands off mister! : P

I totally agree. A few weeks ago a woman came into to work who I helped and we may have said 2 or 3 things to each other at most before she left. 5 minutes later she called back to work, asked for me, then told me over the phone that her husband was out of town for 5 weeks.
I'm no Brett Favre but I really didn't think we even hit it off that well. Either way, the offer was there if I was low enough to take it. Stuff like that doesn't exactly sell me on the wedding routine.

You think only people in relationships have sex? There are plenty of women I've picked up in the bar, banged the hell out of and we were never friends. Come to think of it I don't remember who they even are.
Just because you have a hard time keeping it in your pants and need your gf/fiance/wife to watch over your shoulder so you don't stick it where it don't belong doesn't mean the rest of us are like that. I've have female friends and have thought about gettin it on but never went through it because we are friends first. Quite a few of them are taken now so that's even less incentive.

I just went on a date with a girl I recently met. Things went very well, and at the end she told me she'd like to go out again but...she's into open relationships. In fact, she's in one now. She wanted to tell me, in case I wasn't cool with that. Which I wasn't. So we went our seperate ways because that's just not what I'm into. It seems to be a trend with me lately. I feel like the last 10 women I've been out with turn out to be in 'open' relationships.
