Dynasty Warriors Online: Closed Beta Begins

Aeria Games has launched the North American and European closed beta for its Asian-themed hack-and-slash MMO, Dynasty Warriors Online. Players begin their journeys as lowly recruits forced to earn 'honor' and climb through the military ranks to become a Dynasty Warrior. Devs have promised that the closed beta will include all of the core game features.
Transporting the magnificence of Ancient China to the computer screen in the way only Dynasty Warriors Online can, players will battle through ranks, acquire lieutenants and customize weapons in multiplayer, co-op or player versus player (PvP) modes. Form a guild or travel alone, either way, players will battle friends and foes alike, team up on missions and conquer the land of the Wei, Shu and Wu kingdoms.

I always loved the DW series... nothing wrong with a bit mindless hack and slay in masses, dressed in some stylish Asia robes!

This game does cruel things to your fond memories of the single-player DW games.

The game is pretty fun and very similar to my fond memories of DW games, if I wanted a exact implementation of it I would just throw in my copy of DW in my Playstation.
