Heroic Instances

i started wow again after 4 years and was especialy looking forward to heroic mode. i tried to find out about it in wow wiki and so but some questions remain.
it says at lvl 70 you can get the keys. does that mean no toon below lvl 70 will do heroic instances?
i got some lvl 60s, but on other servers then my new toon. if i lvl one of them to 70, can my new alt on the other server get the keys once he is honored and do dungeons in heroic mode?
the dungeons are so easy now, its realy a joke. there must be some way to play them at heroic below lvl 70 i hope. any help would be greatly appreciated.

At level 70, you can run heroic instances from Burning Crusade. I'm not sure you still need the key to run those in heroic mode; If you do you need to grind reputation with the Burning Crusade factions such as Lower City.
At level 80, you can run heroic instances from WotLK. You don't need any key to do so.
Haven't played in about 2 years myself, but in regards to the way heroic instances worked at that time, they were introduced as part of the BC expansion, so none of the instances prior had a heroic capability (not sure if that changed or not). As far as tuning went, I'm pretty sure you had to be level 70 to get into a heroic instance at the time (basically, it was a way to reuse dungeons you encountered from level 60-70 with harder content, and some changes to bosses in a few cases).
Well heroic Mod came out at BC ,so the first heroic is 70 ,coz heroic is an end game content ,any way it's all a meh b4 80 ,now and it will be a meh when Cata comes till 85 coz it's ment for end game lvl cap ,who has done the Normal mod ones and got the gear ther now they have more chalenge to do ( i hope it's a real Heroic now not like 80 ones ).

oh, so no Scarlet Monastery in heroic mode?
i was hoping that heroic mode would turn the instances back into what they were before nerfing them so hard that 6 years old kids can do them. it was a lot of fun when lower brd or strat were still so hard most groups kept wiping.
ignore the level 70 heroics.Level 80 heroics is where the current game is at the moment.you do not need any key or anything to do them.Also, the level 70 heroics werent that hard, at least not most of them.Maybe compared to the 80 ones, but I played then and had no problem pugging them, esp when i was healing.Anyways, no one does the 70 ones anymore as it was the old xpack that offered them.When leveling thru outlands you can do some of the regular dungeons as people group for those still while leveling, but not the level 70 ones or any heroics.
I don't remember Scarlet Monastery being nerfed. Maybe they did. But most classes got super-buffed (tank classes deal as much if not more damage than DPS classes), and a lot of players have ultra-good heirloom equipment.
You'll be able to run some of the lower level dungeons in heroic mode in Cataclysm... But we aren't there yet
my alt is just reaching scarlet lvl. all i know is that all dungeons prior to scarlet have been so easy (even with 4 ppl) that i thought it must be some kind of joke. the last boss in gnomeregan, you can even just ignore the walking bombs now so fast he dies. kind of pointless and pretty boring, just brainless hacknslash.
im pretty sure that the loot table of scarlett is missing some stuff, although im not sure what exactly. i will see if its as easy as the rest has been now, it most likely will.

As character classes get buffed up the older content never got augmented to handle the new abilities of players. So the older stuff in original is very easy now. Especially at the moment with the new Spell power upgrade and abiliy damage upgrades.
