    Only two or three more years before we get to play : )

    This game deserves a lot more attention. A truly uniq MMO in the "beginning".

    It's by far one of the more impressive projects in development that isn't aiming for the masses and is truly unique, I'm not suprised a publisher hasn't picked it up yet, I think though one server might be of a more of the way to go at launch. Let's see where it goes in a couple of years.

    Looks pretty amazing, true. Then again, afaik, they have little in the way of game play so far. And that is what will make or brake the game, if it should ever come out. But I wish them the best of luck!

    I'm sorry but a single "odd" ship flying around does not make any type of game or even show the start of a true game. There was nothing there that hasn't been shown before by other developers and indie programmers.

    I didn't see anything that showed the engine could handle 100+ people on the screen. Nothing that showed any short of multiplayer. Just a simple look I made a ship in max and generated a random planet and toss it into a engine.  No offense ment, but can you come back when theres something to actually show. If this is all there is then the game is still 4+ years off or more.

    This has been on my 'watch' list for a long time.  Truly an excellent endeavor and accomplishment if they can pull it off over the years.

    I spotted these videos a few weeks ago and headed over to check out "the game."  On the web site they note that it is going to be a "twitch shooter." After reviewing the web site back then, I did not see anything specific enough to get excited about, yet.  As they state, they are still in the pre-alpha stage.

    While I will admit the graphics looks good so far, there is not game to be played, only lofty goals. At this stage of the game almost every developer has promised the world or the greatest game ever.  In this case they are promising the galaxy.  An scientificly accurate galiaxy updated frequently with the latest astronomical finding and an accurate star systems.  That is a lot of data.  I figure I will be waiting for it to launch.  Should be around the year 2020 or so.

    Or more like 2014. Most of the way they handle the data from what the developers have said in forums and on the FAQ rings of fractal computing. Imagine each star in the galaxy as a seed number. That number represents a start of a sequence for which an algorithm expressing a given sequence will expand into the planets, asteroids, space stations, and other contents of that star system. This may seem like quite bit to do for any computer, but due to the advent of multicore processors, the reality of doing such feats is not only feasible, but it's being done every day. I expect if this game ever gets released that other games will begin to take serious development toward such fractal computing rather than sitting on the old paradigms of decade's past.

    In a world Of world of warcraft clones (warcraft is ok but we are ready for something diffrent) Im most looking forward to this game

    If this game is HALF of what I expect from this dude DEVELOPER and 1/3 the game he is wanting id pay 2X the amount of a sub price then the most fancy POS out atm

    Yes im that jaded and that willing to pay extra for something this diffrent (take notice WOW clones)

    This game if it ever makes it out of DEV and into a playable product I will never want to play or pay for another game as this is WHAT ive been looking for all my life (a game that allows me to go anywhere do anything and allow me to explore and discover the wonders unseen)

    No game out or in dev stage even comes close what this one is trying ...and I for one will be itching to pay to play this game when its ready to go to that stage

    I just hope it dont take another bunch of years before we see it .....we need this type of game to succeed to show the rest of the wanna be's and also ran's that they need not CLONE what is to be a success

    I dont welcome my (wow) clone masters I spit in thier FACE ...pfft

    I Feel the same way but it will be a couple of years  before this game is out or even in beta sad to say. Atleast thats what it looks like right now. Star trek was a JOKE! This is what star trek should have been like.

    Wow...Just amazing. With the way this MMO is going right now, it seems like its going to be a great MMO for sure. It blows every other space ship MMO out there away.
