I haven't spoken to the side of the family that used to invite me to thanksgiving in years, but I recently got back into contact with em, so I'll be stuffing my face in a couple days. Dunno, what I'll be doing afterwards, but most likely will play my cousin's guitar and show off how the student is now the master, then getting dropped off at home to sleep off the turk.

From what I understand, turkey has an enzyme that actually makes you sleepy.
Actually, I don't know if it is the tryptophan or if it is the sheer amount of caloric intake from the average Thanksgiving dinner (sometimes half to 3/4ths of the average daily caloric intake) that causes sleepiness. High calorie meals also cause sleepiness. Either way, for a lot of people, Thanksgiving dinner = nap time afterwards.
And, to remain on topic, I'll be watching football. I kind of like it that the NFL changed the Thanksgiving day games from two to three.
