Just posted my independent review of mmorpg publisher Gpotato. I usually post links in game forums but since this was a publisher review I thought that this might be more appropriate. Let me know what you think!

Good review, and dead on.
I did like Rappelz, but haven't played it in quite some time. So yeah, they do have a few decent games, but you're totally right about the lack of support.
Not bad for a startin tuber. Could use some more research, though. Commented on the actual comment on the video itself.
I hate WoW because it made my plush hamster kill himself, created twin clones of Hitler, punched Superboy Prime in reality, stared my dog down, spoiled my grandmother, assimilated me into the Borg, then made me into a real boy, just to make me a woman again.
They do have some nice games, but their CS is absolutely absurd. I think you are mistaken about the bug reporting. They are just publishers and have very little power on what bugs can be fixed. The best they can do is report bugs to their developers and pray that they will eventually be fixed. GM support is largely based on who you contact for help. TBH, the "resolution change" question that the GM replied to was done correctly. It was worded very akward by asking to modifiy game files, and a normal question would have just asked " How do I change game resolution? ".
Just posted a review of their game Iris Online. I thought that I was really going to like it at first but a couple things just ruined it for me. The main one was knowing that it was gPotato.
I'd have to agree that their cash shop items are relatively overpriced for the value. I was tempted a few times to spend on Rappelz but held back each time I took a closer look at what I was getting.
I'm not sure how helpful a screenshot would be compared to the bug report form that they ask people to fill out. These reports get compiled into a larger report (which may also include game logs) to be sent to the publisher.
BMoor and myself have been engaged in an informative discussion about gpotato and their responsibilies to the player. Come check it out or even weigh in with your take on the situation.
