Linux fans will be happy to hear that Winchgate Properties has released a native GNU/Linux game client for Ryzom. To celebrate the new client, devs are hosting an in-game contest with a ZaReason Terra-HD Netbook as the grand prize.
To participate, players will have to log into the game and find the seven relevant GNU/Linux artifacts hidden throughout Silan, the starting island. Each of the seven artifacts will test a player's knowledge of Ryzom. The winners will be drawn from the players with the correct answers. Contestants can participate freely in the contest using a free 21-day trial option.

Ah, Ryzom, and your barely there "armor". Seriously though, if they release a Mac client, I'd probably resub.
EDIT: I can't spell
Current: None
Played: WoW, CoX, SWG, LotRO, EVE, AoC, VG, CO, Ryzom, DF, WAR
Tried: Lineage2, Dofus, EQ2, CoS, FE, UO, Wurm, Wakfu
Future: The Repopulation, ArcheAge, Black Desert, EQN
hell yes! this is awesome news. This game deserves a little bit more recognition. seeing as how there arent many choices for playing a game on mac without using bootcamp. The game will be refreshing for mac owners. and a must have imo.
MMORPG.com needs to update the System Req.

Not to say it can't be done, but it wont be "native"
It's an open source project now.
