go back and watch the smpsons and futurama video and the image someone gave to me to understand that apple is a drug not a computer company
i think apple should go in the drugs list not in the computer area
apple
Man, you got a problem.
continue spending way more for apple products then i dont have any problem d guy if you think its ok to spent $1000 more for the same system and also someone posted the prices of apple in this thread and they where so "nice and logical" go buy them the only thing i want to let you know is that steve jobs is laughing with your money in his office
Adn why does this bother you so much might I ask???? Do you have some type of plan in the works to take "our" money instead and are only prevented from doing so because "steve jobs" has his hand in the cookie jar already?
I myself can't stand apple for alot of the reasons people have stated from the "yuppie" types they tend to represent here in the US to the fact that I see most of the products they make as pointless given that there are always cheaper alternatives (not knock off crap made in china either) such as Android for phones or Nook and Kendal e readers, for the most part all three of those products have equal if not better funcionality than the super expensive apple products.
What I'm not getting here is why you feel the need to ridicule someone because they offered a conflicting opinion on a forum post?
And given that now you are trying to question the inteeligence of someone who can build computers buying apple products what does it say about your own experience level that you would come here advocating something we all know does not turn out right one hundred percent of the times(buying pirated tech from overseas) against something that does?
The problem here is you are basically trying to jump down his throat for being a chef but chosing to take his
yep i am sorry for that i apologized i went over the line put i didnt want to
Glad to hear you can see reason because we all do, I think I even read where he said the same thing we all know Apple is expensive as all get up and then there are always stupid problems that arise from dealing with them, for example my wife and daughter have i pods yet if you buy music from the i store there are all kind of crazy restrictions it's dumb.
But you know some people are going to do dumb sh*t with their money, I have a female friend who buys jeans that cost over five hundred dollars, I'd love to choke her out but *shrugs* what can you do we all earn our own.
but yeah, to call this game Fantastic is like calling Twilight the Godfather of vampire movies....

Apology accepted. It's not always easy to see another person's point of view, I understand. It's worth trying new things, that's what I'd like to leave you with. It doesn't have to change your opinion, but it does widen your horizons regardless of the outcome.
The majority of Apple Products are manufactured at the ShenZhen plant. It is a "community oriented" cluster plant which is also where Playstation 3, Xbox360 and Wii are manufactured as well as many of Foxxcon's products. There were high suicide rates at that plant and it was all exposed to the media this year and last year. It has a population of 400,000 workers....
In short, Apple products do not have that much higher quality than the ones made in China, as competing products are made in China. If Apple was smart enough and wanted a better quality product, they would have manufactured in Taiwan who use far better electronics. In fact iPhone 4 had problems when it was released. In fact, there was even that nasty security breach where hackers got over 110,000 email lists from owners of that product.
I do understand if you take and make a product "artistically" pretty in an attempt to lead a user's perception away from the quality of the product. What Apple deserves credit for is their amazing Advertisement skills. They are able to manufacture their products in China and convince a bunch of teenagers and middle-aged people among professionals that they are "unsecure" and "uncool" if they don't spend two to four times more for the same product.
In other news, it was recently announced that Apple is to have an Anti-Virus, but Steve Jobs refused to allow Sophos to include an Anti-Virus in the Mac OS, Claiming that it was "impenetrable" even though in their security conference they found many deep level vulnerabilities. But oh well....

Apple products are often manufactured by Foxconn, which doesn't exactly have a sterling reputation for quality. Foxconn does sell some motherboards in the United States under their own name, but they're cheap junk.
When the iPad launched, someone tore it apart and concluded that the hardware in it costs about $250. Apple charges $500, so that's quite a bit of profit per unit. It's not actually $250 profit per unit, of course, as part of that gets eaten up by things like warranty service. There are also fixed costs to design the iPad and market it, but Apple is still making a lot of money off of them.
But if someone sells a knock-off for $100, you can be sure that it doesn't have $250 worth of hardware in it. If it uses much cheaper hardware but only look superficially similar, then it's really not the same thing at all.
The iPad isn't the only tablet out there, and competition may bring prices down somewhat. But there isn't going to be perfect competition, as tablets aren't standardized so that you can buy nearly the same thing from any one of several companies, as happens with a lot of computer parts.
