TERA's Korean Open Beta client will be available to download on December 27, 2010. The test will begin on January 11, 2011. They didn’t state how long the open beta will last, hopefully the event will last a week or two to give people a good amount of time to give feedback as well as any bugs they might find. They said they are prepared to open up more servers if the above 11 servers become over populated. I am hoping immediately after this event the NA/EU players gets a schedule announcement on the remaining Focus Group Tests as well as when our open beta will be.
How can i play Korean open beta if i dont live in korea and i m not korean?
a) you could fly to Korea and hope you get lucky scoring a beta invite.
b) you could pay a Korean that has a beta key to let you remote access his computer to play the game.
c) you could change your IP address (if you know how) and hope your Korean typing skills are up to snuff.
d) you could apply for Korean refugee status and see if the devs will let that fly.
e) there is always the "my 5 year old kid is dying of cancer. his only wish is to play Tera before he dies. he will not make it to launch" letter to dev team.

If you were in past CB test, Hangame recommends that you delete your old client before you D/L the new client.

I got a C9 (Contient of the Ninth) account and I think it will work for TERA OBT since it's an Hangame account. My account never got flagged "Non-Korean" and I live in Canada. I'm really looking forward this game. Good luck everyone
The best of this is when you look at the languages folder, it seems that there are a bunch of translations planned to this game.
How did you guys get into the Korean beta? I am just curious.
