I don't usually like to do this, but, I just have to say that when I experienced the worst possible customer service imagineable, followed by the refusal of the developers to respond to personal emails and posts made by the players, and even more problems arrising than they choose to fix. Is it any wonder why I awoke to read that still yet more players are leaving? Even the intrepid and unshakable Abels has called it quits. The sad truth of the matter is, those of us that have reviewed the game, have seen this coming. The slow crash that threatens this game. The rush to release and start making money won over common sence that they should maybe possibly fix the bugs, lack of quests, and do something about busted items in the cash shop. What's the lastest issue that the players face just a few short weeks from the official launch?
If you were there, then you know the answer already. The massive slap in the face you get when your character dies just 4k away from level, only to find that bar nearly completely drained. The solution is right there in the cash shop, problem is, it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Will the developers fix it? It's like asking if they will add in more quests for levels 1-30 so that players have the choice if they want to go into the dungeons or not. Or fix all those other bugs and problems that are still painfully prevailent in the game, or better yet. Add in some more crafting recipes and fix the problems with gathering that so many have come to realize is still a problem. I had even tried to advise players against spending their hard earned real life money buying items in Neowiz's cash shop, telling them that the items didn't work as they should. I'm sure alot of them are kicking themselves after finding out just how true my statement was.
Before anyone hits that report button and reports me for trolling. Let's just first take a look at what we all know about this game. It's going to come crashing down in a heap of dust. No if ands or buts about it. Some of us have said it in our reviews and observations. Now, I'm not saying you can't disagree with me, by all means feel free to do so. While your at it, at least post why you feel that myself and others who have reviewed this game are wrong in our thought process. If you agree, that's great, but knowing why would help other players see if this is the type of company they want to trust with their payment info, and give them money for games that are more or less flops. Now, without further ado, I'm going to give my prediction for Woa.
Within a relatively short amount of time, the remaining players who came to the server with a high degree of expectation are going to start to leave in short order. Some of them are going to say why they're leaving in the vain hope that the developers (who still have yet to respond to anything the players have said thus far since CBT first began) will see their message. The developers, in the mean while, will be watching their bank account, expecting to see a flood. Instead, what they will see is a trickle that will eventually cease. They will then realize that something is wrong. Instead of checking their own forums and emails from dissatisfied players to see that, ooops, they should probably fix these issues and get back to us. They will instead bring in "the next best thing", which will only contain yet more bugs, throw more problems into the remaining players' faces, and cause more frustration and grief than when they first dusted off the game when they found it in their basement. In the meanwhile, the main square on channel one will be just a ghost town of empty player run stalls selling nothing but air. As the developers still haven't set it so that said stalls shut down automatically once the inventory put up for sale has sold out. The few brave souls that remain active, will eventually dwindle off when they realize that there just won't be enough players to run with them in an instance that they were forced into going due to the linear game play. The developers, in the mean time, will have to either do one of two things. Either fix everything that we, as the players, found and convince us that that is what they are going to do (many more of us will be skeptical as Neowiz's reputation is now forever tarnished in the public eye). Or shut down the server once and for all, leaving the world bereft of an international version for players of every nationality to play on. So ends the all to short life of a game that could have succeeded, but was slain do to the greed and lack of experience to deal with the public on the developer's part.
As always, I try to give every game publisher out there a fair chance. But in the case of Neowiz, they've had more than ample time to fix what's broke. Their inability to communicate with their players, fix their bugs, impliment more of what the players were calling for is what's going to cost them. If not in revenue, then in reputation. Comments and feedback are always welcome.

ur comments r the truth!-so i do not feel anyone would b upset!-i have been through the CB and the OB ,was going to drop in and look at any "progress". They put out to up date over the last 2 weeks-first one blocked me from play-my Norton virus protection needed to have it listed as ok. Devs promised a fix in forum. Update #2 same problem!-Norton will not allow it even after i placed in the list,-contacted Norton Help and had them look at it and they can not fix. Virus protection will not let through-so we checked and they do not have an aproved digital signature. All this was and is over my Tech knowledge, but when added to the already BIG list of problems with WOA and the TOTAL disreguar for the input of the community i say buy to WOA. Its to bad to all the people who put their talent and soul into making the game,it could have been a fun, enjoyable addition.
I for one never care to be right, or to have something with the ring of truth. From what I've seen in the forums on their main site, your not the only one that has experienced that issue. Sadly enough, that ends up being the result of a rushed release and shoddy programing. Either way, they could have done better. But their lack of a responce, and lack of any concrete fixes or updates shows their lack of experience. If they showed even the least bit of apathy towards their dwindling player base, then it would have been less frustrating for everyone involved. I've long since given up any sort of hope that these guys will wake up, and have some common sence. Seeing that they do not has only reinforced my belief that this game will not survive six months, let alone a year.
nice review dude, but just so you would know, the developers have remove the death penalty and replaced it with hp/mp decrease when you die. I don't know about the item in the mall though i haven't tried it yet. ^_^
Finally GMs and Developers are starting to hear our voices. Now I can do quest more easilly
Thanks GMs
I agree to that they have remove the high death penalty I've experience it. Now it's a lot more easier, I think the developers are working it out and the GM's are fixing the problems. Looking forward for new exciting events this year.

While they have fixed that one issue, they have yet to fix all the others. Communication is key to the success of any game, without it. There really isn't a community at all. You can have the worst MMO in history, but so long as there is some decent communication between developers and the public, then people tend to forgive the crayppyness of said MMO. However, you can also have a good looking MMO, but with zero communication, it won't last long at all.
