Boobs defying gravity. Boobs defying cultural clothes. Boobs that stick out. Under-boobs, side-boobs, bouncy boobs, unequal boobs, small boobs, large boobs, always perky boobs...
Sorry. It had to be done (and reminded me of TVTropes)
On topic, I've not even looked into this game. It seems like a run-of-the-mill but that might not be true.
Let's say GW2 looks run-of-the-mill when compared to what this offers.
REally how?
B/S has better graphics, but then agian GW2 is going to put you on a screen with a ton more people. Its actually going to be an mmorpg.
GW2 also have downed ababilities. In fact gw2 has most of every new "nugget" of an idea. Plus many more that most are failign to even concider.
How?
I would say because GW2 looks like just another western midevil fantasy game trying to be shinier and newer than the rest of the mountain of western fantasy games. While B&S is a martial arts MMO. I can't think of any other martial arts MMO. Can you?

Uhhh....
1) Legend of Martial Arts Online, Jade Dynasty, Silk Road, 9Dragons, World of Kung Fu... just to name a few.
2) You obviously haven't even looked at Guild Wars 2.

You listed a bunch of B games that, imo, pretty much fail to actually realize the martial arts aspect in any form other than the theme.
Of course I've looked at GW2. So far they've only listed the standard classes officially. elementalist, war, ranger, necro. Been there, done that 20 years ago in D&D, again in Diablo 1&2, again in EQ, again in GW1, and to some extent in every other fantasy MMO that was made in the US. Only difference is name changes, tweaks, and implementation of skills. The standard classes always play roughly the same regardless of the game. I'm always going to kite with a ranger. I always have a corpse pet with a necro. I always nuke stuff with a elementalist/mage.
Sure there's supposedly permanent game changing events in GW2, but there will always be another dragon that can attack that town you saved, and there's always going to be more bandits to stop from harassing the citizens. It's really just gimmick script event that a GM can start up any time he wants.
