special pvp system in mmorpg

Me and my friend were playing many games and the best one was Turf Battles... it was not very famous, graphics were bad^^ but there was really good pvp system. Now we are playing PWI on pve server but we miss pvp in there so we try to find a game like Turf Battles. The point is that there is a good way to pvp anytime. Many games have township battles or something like that but its once a week. In Turf Battles there were islands that could be taken every 30 mins by any guild and it was just fun to play because whenever we didnt want to grind and farm we just went to an isle for pvp fun. And if we won an isle we could get gems and other useful items in there for 30 mins.
We tested many many games but we cant find any game that allows having pvp fun anytime... I know in most games people can pk each other but it is not same and I feel bad doing that lol
So if anybody could give me a suggestion I would really apperciate it!

Could try Fantasy Earth Zero. Its a fun little game, pretty much all PvP. The PvE is pretty boring.
PVE games ar eboring why dont you try Tactical battle system or strategy based battle like Atlantica Online,

i heard many things about dark fall many of them are good but they say community is not that cooperative.
I just tried it today but I was reaaaaaaaaaaaally confused because this game seems to be very empty. Is it normal in there and I will meet more players at higher levels or this game is going down?
Any comments about Fantasy Earth Zero are welcome
