Go to riftgame.com > login to your account > when in look in the bottom right hand corner for "View EULA" (in which you had to agree upon to be in the beta). Once viewing this you will find at 2.2 this: "2.2 Confidentiality Obligation. Recipient shall keep the Confidential Information in confidence and shall not publish, disclose, or otherwise make available, directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information to any third party. However, Recipient may disclose the Confidential Information in accordance with a judicial or governmental order; provided, however, that Recipient shall give Trion reasonable written notice prior to disclosure and shall comply with any applicable protective order or equivalent. ONCE THE COMMERCIAL VERSION OF THE GAME HAS BEEN RELEASED BY TRION TO THE PUBLIC, RECIPIENTS CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATION SHALL CONTINUE ONLY WITH RESPECT TO INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS BETA PROGRAM AND ALL FEEDBACK AND COMMENTS (WHETHER FROM RECIPIENT, ANY OTHER PARTICIPANT, OR FROM TRION EMPLOYEES)." Reading is very fundamental.
Are you still going on about the NDA? It was lifted in December. There are more than a few posts about this in the Rift forum. A Staff member mentioned ignoring the NDA warning. It was tweeted as well....

that is so hilarious because when you think about it there is always this annoying person in you're class that you almost hate because the day you don't have you're assignments done... or didn't study fo ra test there the kid is asking the teacher if their going to collect homework yet and "weren't we supposed to take a test today?" and to top off the annoyance is when the teacher says "OH YEAH, I TOTALLY FORGOT!" and you and all the other kids in the class are just like..."blanket party". I dare not even say how many times i've failed a test or assignment because of some person like that. Anyway... back on topic.
Rift seems to me to be nothing special.. just another mmorpg..I'm waiting for Secret World, and TERA, and maybe I'll keep an eye on Earthrise but I doubt this game is going to make too good of an impression on anyone.. its just a basic..mmorpg...so lets all just leave the Rift forum and move on to laugh and talk about how cool TERA is till it meets the same fate and so the cycle continues...

I don't see what all the "hype" is about aside from that its new, just more of the same regardless.
The selling point "rifts" just looked like a massive zerg of people running around killing mobs.
Anyways like many have pointed out looks a lot like WAR, which I wasted money on for like 4 weeks of play time. Not really looking to do that again.
I'm hoping to get into beta to see for myself but I won't hold my breath.
