    We sincerely regret this inconvenience.

How will we go about demanding the item?

Just an update: Amazon did cancel the order but gave me a $30 credit for my inconvience (thats without me QQing).

    So that was nice.

Wound up ordering It's always sunny in philadelphia seasons 1-5 + xmas dvd for a total of $23 after discount.

So I am definately happy :)

Edit: just fyi I emailed them this morning asking them the status of my order.  Thats why I got the credit I think.

I guess Amazon reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.

If I were you I would just ask for a small credit for your inconvience.  I wouldn't push it.  In Amazons TOS is says clearly that third party sellers can retract offers (and cancel orders) at any time and for any reason.  Plus it is pretty obvious that someone messed up.  Amazon was nice to me (cause I emailed them) and gave me 30 bucks; shows they at least care a bit.

I think you contacted them before everyone else. They've had so many calls on this issue that they're only refunding the order.
