How are we supposed to argue with this statement? You are wrong! You DO find those races appealing! Oh no buddy...it'll stop you from playing! I guarantee it!
See? It just doesn't work.
I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.
I find many games lately that have unappealing/boring/goofy races, but I'll end up playing them anyways. At least they are being a bit different.
I think everyone comprisies at some point to enjoy a game. When I played WOW I didn't like the gnomes or the undead but I could still enjoy the game for what it was. I think its imprortant that you find a game that you enjoy most and play it. If it becomes boring/uninteresting stop playing it. Its better to take a break and come back to play it later if you want.

Point of this topic?
Was thinking the same.
Only two i'm playing are Amani and Baraka.
i believe Tera's races are way more appealing than LOTRO's classes....
and by the way..... point of the topic? LOL

I agree, I'll probably go for a Baraka priest or Amani female warrior that look more fight-tastic
My only reasonable response to a thread like this is most probably....
OK
Move along....
How much WoW could a WoWhater hate, if a WoWhater could hate WoW?
As much WoW as a WoWhater would, if a WoWhater could hate WoW.
What don't you find appealing about the characters? A little more explaination would be nice....

Drop the next-gen marketing and people will argue if the game itself has merit.

I don't like them either, and I find the weapon-restrictions for classes very rigid and limiting.
However, if the game turns out not to be an asian grinder, I might play it for the good things it has.
But there are so many potentially great MMOs on the horizon, so it's no biggie either way
