Hey..
So I pre-ordered rift and DEFENTLY looking forward too it. I wont be playing more than 1-2 hours more in beta, then I will leave the rest a suprise.
Now. There's about.. 20 days till head start..
So you got any advice on which game to play in the mean time? I'm bored with the current SP/MMOs I have (WOW is just getting utterely boring after 6 years ) .. I have a lot of SPs but most are old and I want something.. new, I think.
I've invested a lot of time in minecraft, and don't plan on playing right now, so that doesn't work either.
I have a PS3 but I mainly want to use my PC for gaming (since it pretty much as high-end as it gets)
No budget.
SPs or multiplayers or MMOs I don't care. As long as it will last 20 days (if SPs then it must be "cheap" so I can get a few others).
Hope for some advices from the Rift community!

League of Legends and/or Fallen Earth trial. Both are free to play.
My gaming blog
You can't wait three weeks ??
Warhammer Online. It's the same game really, so if you can't wait until Rift then the free WAR trial should keep you entertained.
Seconding this. LoL is a fun game. Fallen Earth also a fun game...You can get the full FE game free right now for a month with an offer from Alienware.
Download MAME. Then download ADVENTURE for the ATARI 2600, I think it's 100 times better than WoW.. That will keep you occupied for 3 weeks..
I have played Warhammer Online and I do not feel its like rift really
To below:
LoL I have invested some time in, was fun for that time, but now naaah.
Fallen Earth I've played 50 hours+/- and it was great.. but not really "instant" fun for 3 weeks.
To Blazer:
I'm simply looking for some entertaining fo those three weeks
I've played LoL since beta and it can be a fun game. MOBAs (The kind of game LoL is) communities are 10x worse than any MMORPG community could ever be though.
Something like Vindictus could provide 3 weeks worth of gameplay too.
I just downloaded the 14 day trial for EQ1 called Escape to Norrath. I haven't played EQ since 2004/2005 and for the hour or so I was logged in it was a total BLAST! I'm really considering buying the game again so I can play on the new Progression Server coming out on Feb 15th.

I had a look at Vindictus, and it lookes quite fun, but I never really found the time to try it out and then I forgot all about it.. Is it worth it or just a grind? Combat looks nice.
What about Champions Online? Heard tho its fun for about a week only as far as I remember.
Just realized I can't play vindicuts because I live in EU
Any other games? PS3 games is acceptable, but well pretty much wont last 20 days will they?
I have Oblivion/AC2/Uncharted 2/ Red Dead Redemption for PS3.
What about DCUO? Is there like a 14 days trial I could play untill ?
Valkyrie Chronicles for ps3 is one of my all-time favorites. It's a ww2-like action strategy rpg.
lotro is fun to mess around in and is free ( enough) for 20 days
the struggle to free myself from restraints becomes my very shackles
Try DDO, should keep you going 20 days for free.
AC2? Am I the only one that only thinks of "Asherons call 2" when I hear that?
No you're not the only one lol. I was thrown off by it as well with the ps3 bit.
AC2= Assassins Creed 2
Both DDO / Lotro been playing a lot
Any other :>? Seems I've played most..
I'm playing the Men of War: Assault Squad Open Beta on Steam.
Such a great game... the absolute pinnacle of WW2 RTS imo. A different genre always helps to rest my weary MMO legs.
Champions Online, it's FTP now and may keep you busy until then.
Did you try out WoT?
Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.
WoT?
World of Tanks. It's F2P last time I played.
Will Everquest 2 Extended FTP worth to try out in these days?
If you've not played EQ2 you should give it a shot. If you've played the standard game you might find the limitations on the Extended server to be a bit of a downer though.
As I said, I'm playing the EQ1 Escape to Norrath trial and loving every minute of it.
