I wanted to post video review made by my tribemate. I think it's fair and recorded with high or close to high video setings.
It's basicly all forum threads in a pill, so must watch for new to the game.

Have now sat through both videos and I really enjoyed things... would like to see more stuff before I invest.
Great stuff, thanks for posting that, Yoori

Hey, Yoori.
Good job on the videos.
Very interesting. It would be my game if there wasn´t full loot burn down the village PvP. Some hard PvE survival with limited PvP would be fine here.
There isn't going to be "full loot burn down the village PvP". The lead developer has already stated that PvP will take a back burner so to speak. PvE, crafting and building tribal homes seems to be the order of the day.
good videos wish i had money to get in on that
Nice videos, thanks for sharing. Love the game and look forward to experiancing the world thats to come.
Out of every 100 men, 10 should not be there,
80 are nothing but targets, 9 are the real fighters.
Ah, but one, ONE of them is a warrior,
and he will bring the others home.

best 2 videos I have seen to help promote the game.

Watched the videos also, forgot to comment. Thank you for sharing, I enjoyed them.
I bought the game over the weekend and installed it. Get ready for allot of exploring! So far, I am really enjoying it. I came across a frontiersman and he spent a good 20 minutes with me helping me understand the game.
Everyone is very helpful. I will tell you this though, it is not an action packed game. You need a helluva lot of patience.
Great game so far. I havent been able to find a place to settle in yet. I want to play solo and RP as Jeremiah Johnson, but you will have to interact with other players at some point for trading. Who knows, I may join a clan.
You have to eat and drink water, plus you have to watch how much you carry, so it is a good idea to make a base camp and make baskets to store your stuff. No one can take it either, but you have to find land and start a tribe to be able to do this. I am still new, so I may be wrong on some things, but I am learning.
NICE!
My blog:
I just preordered the game because of your video's. patching now, can't wait to try it out! I've wanted to play a game like this for a long time. I actually had the idea to make a game like this when I was 19, I'm 30 now and finally get to play the kind of game I've been wanting for a long time Thanks for the vid, maybe I'll see you in game!
These were fantastic videos, I also preordered because of your videos, Notorius should hire you as their marketing division
Yeah i have to agree with all in this thread, they are great VIDS man. I have not really taken notice of this game but after watching the vids my attention is perked.
I am actually one step away from pre-order.
How does it play on ATI CARDS?
My setup..
Alienware Arora ALX
Intel Core i5 750 Over Clocked to 3.4GHz
2x 5780 1gig Crossfire..
6GIG Ram
1TB Hard Drive
Windows 7 64Bit Ultimate
You shouldn't have any problems I was running it on intgrated ati 3200, but fps was low.
My power supply had some problems with my GF 7950GT in some games, but luckily it works fine with Xsyon and I can play with high settings.
You can't destroy other people's villages in Xsyon, and tribe areas are safe zones.
he is right!
Just for prelude apparently.
After Prelude we will be able to build walls and gates to keep villages 98% safe. Destroying tribe areas won't be based on FFA PvP for sure, if it ever gets implemented then it will be optional.
