Need help getting started

Im asking here just in case someone can help me out with my problem. Their website is either not working right now or not as supported as one would expect.

I have a couple inquirys. One is how can i recover my account? The mythos account management page isnt working, is that normally up and running?

Second when i load up the game and my password fails the game shuts down and simply will not boot up again unless i restart my pc. What? why? how can i fix that?

    The Mythos game and the company making it that you appear to be thinking about was shut down about a year ago. Another company bought the rights to continue making Mythos. The new company recently started up their own closed beta process for the game

    Any previous account with the old company no longer exists.

    The current Mythos.com website is up and appears to be working correctly. Links to the redbana account management work correctly. Server status on the mythos website indicate that the game server is off line.

    Thanks for that. The site was totally not loading that whole day i posted this, took forever.

    Im up and running after a couple emails with support which was nice.
