in EVE Online

1)How does the change about learning skill affect a player that just started?

 

2)are there any mini pvp corps in small spaces where players in frigates or other low level spaceships use weapons instead of using jammers/etc against big ships while all the rest of the fleet attack?(something like a small group of frigates fighting around and dont get one shotted by tech2 weapons and skills)

How much time do u need to train for basic skills?and is there enough reward in it?cause losing a ship rly hurts

 

3)Tell me the blasters are currently the op weapons cause i am going for them no matter what xD

 

4)where exactly are the eve servers located, since i moved to us from europe and i wouldnt like any unexpected efficiency changes to happen

    1) It's a boost to new players.

    2) You could try faction warefare and/or EVE Uni

    3) Blasters are horrible. Train literally anything else.

    4) 1 Server, and it's in London.

    Totally agreeing. Generally, gallente ships and weapons are fare less efficient than those of other races...

    I'm french, that's why I sometimes mis-use or mis-spell some words... Please don't blame me.
    (but feel free to explain my error if you want =)
