sorry for the late answer, but yes

Oh well then i'll agree with everyone that said that this is NOT a new/noob friendly guild/clan from my personal experience in Global Agenda.

From the first moment i joined them i was being bossed around and talked to in a impolite manner from the officers. There was never a friendly voice welcoming us or even helping .I asked some questions , never got an answer. On the contrary i got

many "noob teasings" from the officers themselves!

The climax was an awful behaviour from an officer 'demanding" everyone to get teamspeak " OR ELSE he'd kick our asses".  And no this was no joking around with friends. He said it as he meant it and never took under consideration that some of us were 1-2 days new in game & agency!  I immedietely protested for his manners and told him that he could be a bit more polite and this resulted to 3 of the new recruits (no those 3 were not friends) quiting that very instance agreeing with me protesting and also complaining about the same type of behaviour they were receiving their first days.

Afterwards i sent an e-mail to the leader explaining and informing him of the behaviour of his officers. His reply was polite enough i must say but he showed no willing to actually change that kind of behaviour or even making a note to his officers...

I know this is Xsyon and that was Global Agenda. To me that kind of behaviour is now a trademark for DeathWatch everywhere..Sorry that i am generelising things here..but wouldnt you?

    Sorry to hear that.

I'll say that some things werent best handled in alot of aspects, everyone was new back then, game was very competative and i do remember the case you do bring up as you brought it to my attention through mail.

The officer got stripped down of his rank and eventually quit the game, i think it was a mix of frustration and lack of experience.

Tho i can only say that Deathwatch have come a long way since, and we aint anywhere near what we used to be in GA.

Conclusion: You cant be competative and newbie friendly at the same time:) Live and learn.

But you are more than welcome to hop on our TS and see the Deathwatch im advertising.

Hey all... I've recently joined up with DeathWatch and would like to say that these are a great group of guys. The leader has goals for sure, but is not demanding of anyone. He tends to tease them a bit into helping out... as they should be anyhow. Drama has been kept to a minimum as well... wich is always nice to an old veteran gamer like myself.

I've been around mmo's and guilds for quite some time, and this has to date been one of the best experiences with a guild .

A little note, the title of this thread states -EU.  This is not just an EU guild, theres a few of us Americans here as well, and the international conversations are quite entertaining.

Recruitment, I believe is still open. But as we close in on 80 members in Xsyon, that may change. So jump on, and come on by for a visit.

Good luck with your guild but personally I can't understand why anyone would want to get lost or become anonymous in a guild that big?

We have about 60 people active right now, and i dont think any of em feel like they are anonymous or lost.

There is a purpose for everyone, esp since everyone can do everything.

We have a common goal which we work towards:)
