So I won a MMORPG.com prize claimed it, how do I get it?

Hello, sorry if there is another way to get this information, I did try to look.  Basically a while back I won one of the sweepstake prizes in the Bloodline champions sweepstakes I was told I had a winning ticket, claimed it, but I never actually recieved said prize.

 

Is there anything else I need to do ti claim it?

    I tried this and also sent a PM but have not heard anything back, was the give away withdrawn in the end or is there some other problem?
