    It's one of the many things I love about this game, and I don't think it would survive if you would have to pay fees...

    BTW, I'm new so I don't know if there was one ::::35::

    No I wouldn't pay a monthly fee, but if they charged there would be a lot more content like a WoW or Everquest. This game is just perfect the way it is. Free to play and fun!

    Whether or not we have to pay monthly fees doesn't change the content of the game, it should have something extra, but doesn't mean it would...

    It's a great game and perfect the way it is, and I think with the updates I've seen them make it might just become more and more fun over time::::02::

    It would be well worth the money but I still wouldn't do it.  We want the trend to become NO MONTHLY FEES.  I played Evercrack for something like 5 years, and looking back, for all the money I spent on that game, I could have instead gone to Europe for a vacation, or bought a big screen plasma TV, or even a used car!  lol

    So I'll never pay a monthly fee for a game again.  My money is best spent elsewhere.  I will, however, buy expansion packs for games as great as Guild Wars.

    I guess im goin to be the only one that wouldnt mind having a small monthly fee, there would be mroe content (or at least i would hope) and the community would be a lot better. You wouldnt have all these dick 10 year olds (dont get me wrong some are cool) running around scamming ect. You would end up with the people who acually really like the game and are devoted to it.

    My view, community is a big part of MMO's,

    PS yes i still like that game, why else would i play 5+hrs on a school day.

    Piggly Wiggly, I'm not sure adding a fee would drive out the kids. For example, look at WoW and SWG.

    i have guild wars and i say BOOOO u dont really do anything after lvl 20....make lvls like 60 or something and make more like WOW so we can make our own shit   (face i made when i first played image

    I have guildwars and have played for ever since the first e3 for everyone. First off, I have nothing but praises for Arena.net, they really got their shit together. Second off, I would pay a monthly feel for weekly quest installments to expand the PvE story and make the game get progressively harder. Also arena.net won't raise the level cap because the game is first and foremost not about how much time you spent playing but the players skill. Sure there are things that you can "farm" and such but only for so long til you have them all unlocked. If they make the game progressively harder with new PvE missions or  even add new arena modes, it can only go upwards:)

    all i want is more freedom i feel im FORCED to do quest what if i want to go make stuff....then i have to quit Intel their lazy asses put it on the game IF they put on the game yet ill probably be dead image when they want to add that

    No i would not unless they did this.  If they first off made races and a much more bigger area.  Also more more more classes and more variety of armor, weps, and characterisctics to design ur character.  Well Guild Wars would have to have like a 10 buck monthly and then make it just as good as WoW.  Even though WoW ain't that good.  But i mean more content.

    Everyone keeps saying that they would pay monthly fees if the game had more content ...and  so on & and so forth....But this is just the begining and its normal that the game has some stuff missing...thats whats expansions(Chapters) are for. The game is missing content but that doesnt mean it will always stay that way. They dont need to charge a monthly fee to be able to add more content, nor to have a better community, nor to have a proper tech support. We just need to be patient.

    I would not pay monthly fees. Guildwars is a great game in all but one of the great things about it is that is its free. Also if they want a monthly fee they would have included more in the game.

    But i have heared that they are coming out with a expansion every 6 - 9 months if this is correct that will almost be like paying monthly fees if you purchase them...

    I would say yes because it's the best game of this type I've played in a while. Good job it's always gonna be free though

    Anyway i have to give SWG some credit that is a very fun game and they are fixing it slowly but surly.

    Secondly Snakes GW is not the game you think its trying to be. GW is exactly how it wants to be, they dont want people to spend zillions of hours going to lvl 60. They want more skill then they do time.

    So since obviously GW is not the game for you Snakes why dont you get outa this forum and back onto WoW? would u like me to make a link for you?!?

    Leave the people who want to play and enjoy the game alone, i really dont think they need your constant bitching, and bickering. No one is forcing you to play GW instead of WoW.

    IMO. You should just wait untill Arena.net releases the next update/expansion or whatever. You want more content? WAIT! Its a game where you pay once, and thats it. No monthly fees at all.

    If you want more content go spend $50, and then another $15 each month for WoW.

    Just my opinion though. Think what you want.
