Gi guys. I no this is totally off the topic of GW but i was wondering if you can tell me which game to get. Sorry for the stupid question but i want to buy one and i cant decide.

These are definetly different games. If u wanna play RPG buy GW and if u wanna play action/arcade buy GTA.

, was in the same twist you were, so i just didnt drive much for the next week or so. (gas $)
And yes it depends on 2 things i think... what kind game you looking for? What kind of person are you?
MMO or 3rd Person Shooter (and much more)?
Mind or dont mind bad language and situations?
Time shouldnt be a issue because both games you can get to the last mission/max lvl in not much time. Forgot to add... You like planning battles and then analyzing what you did right or wrong? or do you like walking into a bar and shooting up the whole place with a rocket launcher, 2 smg's, shotgun, and a rilfe or 2 which all manage to fit on one character!
(not a bash to the game, just think its funny)
Anyhow just ask yourself those, cause they are both great games, and if you still cant decide what game you want... do "inny minny miney moe" or draw a name outa a hat.

They are both so totally different that choosing between the two very much depends on you. I think I'd go for GTA SA if I didn't have it already (though it's not really my kinda game), GW will still be around in a couple of months time.

PvE in general is pretty lame, if you think long and hard about it. You are spending your time beating a severely gimped AI that would lose to a well trained monkey. Best not to think too long and hard why you are wasting time playing games in general actually...

Some would disagree, but GTA:SA has more content than GW and will probably keep you busy longer.

I have played GTA SA. And it comes borning after one month,It gets really boring. I don´t even play it anymore because i don´t have nothing to do anymore.There is no way you wanna play this game trought again. But i GTA SA got unbelieveable graphics and the sounds are amazing. GTA SA is not a bad game, but it didn´t impress me very much. The mission are always the same,except few different missions,Allways gotta kill someone. I mean there is nothing else to do,except killing ppl. And that gets really bornning. But some driving and flying missions makes this game more intresting. If you liked GTA VC and GTA 3 get this game. But if GTA´s didn´t impress you then why buy this game? But i liked this game because it gots the rpg look a like system. You gotta feed your char, You can do body building and get hair dresser etc. thats why i bought this game, not because i can kill ppl for fun.
I don´t know about GW. But i hav heard that it gets boring too because the cap lvl is so low. 20lvl you get that fast. But the PvP in this game is awsome. Guild vs. Other guild it is very great, but first you gotta find the good friends to make a guild whit you. But if you don´t find friends just buy a serial killer from the town.But this is like usual MMORPG this got the map but there is no others,except you and your guild members.Only the towns are for all players.
I would buy WoW or wait for the Hero´s Journey or LOTR Online. But it is your choice. This was just an opinion,Don´t take it seriosly

You're right its completely off topic and doesn't deserve to be here at all.
Instead i may have to just make a new thread about how to read reviews to decide on which games you buy rather then biased oppinions from fans of both GWs and WoW.
These threads are worse then spam.

maybe u can just go to both guild wars and GTA SA forum and ask if these game is good and compare their answer and choose the best..

i have GTA SA , i played a few times , yeah its fun .. but impossible to compare with a game full of humans ...
about keeping you busy , gw is not small at all ..
i got bored from GTA SA real quick ..
not even close ... years of light from it ..
you wont get bored of GW
