I played a lot of :

league of legends

runes of magic (gets boring)

only those two, because those game doesnt require much of spending money. in league of legends you can buy champions with in game money. in RoM. u can buy Cash shop currency (diamonds) from players which doesnt cost a lot

i wanna play a game which has a really optional cash shop and doesn't have any restrictions like Lotro and DDO does :|

what game can u recommend me?

DDO, EQ2 and LOTRO have a pretty good f2p experience and soon AoC will follow.

Now these are the AAA mmo's that are f2p... if you browse the game list you will see many f2p games, I recommend checking the forum to see what is being said about them and reading some reviews, this way you can find the one that suits you.

    Played: MCO - EQ/EQ2 - WoW - VG - WAR - AoC - LoTRO - DDO - GW/GW2 - Eve - Rift - FE - TSW - TSO - WS - ESO - AA - BD
    Playing: Sims 3 & 4, Diablo3 and PoE
    Waiting on: Lost Ark

If its completely free, how do you expect the developers make any money?

That line right there tells me you haven't even tried playing Lotro.  It is as free as you want it.  Yeah, you have to grind deeds for points to buy content, but IMO this is as it should be.  You should have to pay, either with time, or money.

Dungeon Fighter Online and Vindictus are the F2P games I usually recommand. Both are about to get major patches that will do away with the fatigue system (DFO) and the token system (Vindictus) entirely so it won't limit players either anymore. Upcoming title Dragon Nest will allow follow along those lines, although it will only enter CBT by the end of this month I believe.

Why would you expect anything of any quality to be totally free?

Try "Forsaken world". It is probably the best F2P game out there (not Freemium however, that is still LOTRO).

Atlantica might be worth a try as well if you like turn based games, I personally thought it was pretty aweful but many people enjoy it.

You do get what you pay for and Guildwars is frankly a lot better than any F2P or freemium games, you should consider getting a campaign for it instead, it will cost you a few bucks but is really worth it (even if it like DDO is a instanced CORPG).

I think LOTRO is the best FTP at the moment....but soon Age of Conan is going to be FTP too so you should check that one out too ;)

Other FTP games that i enjoy are Black Prophecy,Prius & the upcoming Hellgate are a nice way to expend some free time ;)

Like everyone is saying don´t expect a totally FTP game to be outstanding.... good games are expensive to make so developers need to gain some money either way...by cash shops or like in Guild Wars 2...by selling the box.

I would suggest Facebook games, probably.

LotR makes you pay for bag space and character slots, doesn't it?

Vault-Tec analysts have concluded that the odds of worldwide nuclear armaggeddon this decade are 17,143,762... to 1.

With currency you earn by grinding deeds.  Everything in the cash shop is bought with currency you earn by grinding deeds. Tedious, yes, but again, IMO you should pay one way or another, with time or money.
