Our compatriots have been running about the E3 convention halls in Los Angeles looking for the hottest booth babes of the season. Check them out on our sister-site, FPSGuru.com!

Hmm thumbnail links not working so well for me. Most of them that is. Whatever I click I get the girls at the Trion booth. Not that anything is wrong with those, mind you ... (I like the brunette one).

p.s. My little nephew posted this. I would never lower myself to reply on topics regarding acceptible sexist subject matter.

edit: they are all working now. Harsh and unforgiving camera flash-light is harsh and unforgiving.

It's fixed now. We had a minor technical glitch.

I miss the golden years of E3 where it was almost more about 'Girls' than games... lol! We would get game updates every few hours but 'girl' pix would pop every minute.

The objectification of women is so 20th c.

These women wanted the attention, Ill gladly give it too them.    I dont see any chains binding them to E3.

They chose to exploit themselves.   Female objectification has been with us since  the dawn of our sentience

and will be with us till were extinct.   With that being said:   I just want to curl up and live out my natural lifespan in

the Red Faction Armageddon girls cleavage....   m/,

I'd like to see a little objectification of men, ;) Few Conans and buff types running around would do me a WORLD of good....though my husband probably wouldn't like it. :D Can't get our all male team at E3 to take pics of the GUYS all dressed up. ;)

Hey SB, i wouldn't mind being paid to be looking good at a gaming booth for women games to watch, preferably in Spacemarine suits (although i sure wouldn't want to run in that), but saddly that won't happen anytime soon... oh well... :p

    oh please.

Look, if that's your take on it then I that is your take on it. I get that.

but to say that any oggling of the opposite sex, or for some the same sex, is a "childish thing" negates pretty much any real world evidence that I see every day.

I know women who love to be "objectified". Same with men.

And as far as these women go, they could be slinging burgers to make their money or they can be working at a book store or they can be booth babes. it's their choice. I don't look at any of these women and get that they have been put to work by press gangs.

Where it is "not ok" is to sexually harass someone or forget that "no" really might mean "no".

It takes many to make up a world. heck, I have an old high school friend who I found out is a cross dressing performer up in Albany and he loves it.

Not my thing but he dances for men and women who obviously pay for that sort of thing and he doesn't mind doing it.

Humans are sexual beings. some to greater and some to lesser degree but I don't judge anyone who loves looking at another human being and getting a thrill over it. I know I do it.

Heck, there is even a part of the feminist movement that basically embraces feminine sexuality as part of women's power. And that's their right. Just like it's the right of someone who loves erotica of any kind to be able to purchase it. And it's the right of people who don't like this type of entertainment to go elsewhere and find something they do like.

And it's the right of any women to "not" dress up as superherofantasyninjaelf babes and instead do something else.

And it's the right of any women to dress up as superherofantasyninjaelf babes and love every minute of it.

Whether they get paid for it or not. image

erm, and men too I suppose.

Brings the quote from DCAU to my mind.

"Flash: Picture it; the sun, the sea, hundreds of women just like her running around. And me: the first man they've seen in...oh, maybe forever!

Martian Manhunter: I fail to see the attraction.

Flash: Man, you really are from Mars."

I dunno, maybe I am getting old, maybe I am just getting conservative, but yeah while I'd prefer cute guys... I'd prefer a less sexualized society altogether. I mean, I am not prude and have all the hedonistic enjoyment you like. But at home, in your room! Somehow this sexualization, no matter if with men or women, just looks childish to me. Why an adult person would dress up like that or enjoy watching people dressed up so absurdly... I too fail to see the attraction. It is so... illogical.

um, maybe you are a prude? At least according to the definition I know. Not that there's anything wrong with that. It is what it is.

I might say it's illogical for a person "not" to indulge in their biological desires.

You see that's the thing, there are many sides to this argument. Some love the indulgenct of that part, some hate it and some want to keep it in their room.

I say "to each his/her own. And stay away from places/people who don't share your ideas. On both sides of the fence.

Until we all become robots with no feelings and urge to breed the hunting and enjoyment of including viewing/watching the opposite sex will never stop.

An old man once in his 90s who lost the use of his pen once said "its like being unchained from a beast thats been part of you all your life".

So you are telling me you never objectified or fantasiesd a women ever? hard to believe. Also this has nothing to with 20th century. From the very beginning of civilisation men and women have been sexually objectifying each other and it will continue in the future.

It's a job. Doesn't mean they want attention from drooling males. Some models might thrive on the attention, some probably don't and just do it because they get a paycheck out of it. People need to make a living anyway they can, even if it means exploiting themselves.

Males drooling over females is certainly nothing strange or wrong about that. But to exploit sexual attraction for profit is pretty dirty in my book. Although it's so common nowadays that people hardly even notice or care.
