Interesting
I had hopes for this game but the more i see the more i dont like...
Lethality will probably be the same as cnc4 where everyone can just sit and watch graphics and bad mistakes arent punished as bad as they should...
well its a game for the masses what should i expect..skil based combat?
I wish someone would do a rta/rts/rpg/mmo like Kingdom Under Fire 2 is but set in a futuristic sci-fi shooteristic setting. One where you not only control your units but directly control a character as well.
That's exactly what I thought.
This game looks like it could be a lot of fun. The kind of game that could be a great second or third game to accompany your main mmo.

Well if your looking for a game with character and army control i suggest you try Brutal Legend for the Xbox 360. Very well done game

WIth is a good thing :P. I also have the feeling the battles are bigger + you have a single player campagne if I am not mistaken.
The question is what makes it a MMO?
Thats the question I want answered, sure battles can have 1-26 players, there are two factions and apparently there is a persitant world but how does it all work? is there a world map with x amount of terrirtories to attack, hold and defend?
How the persistant world works in detail is basically going to answer if this game is for me or not. I totally love the idea of a true MMORTS with persistant world map and meaningfull conquest that also involves player clan/alliance control, but I don't know if EoN will give me this.
Yeah, in my vision, you have a city like New York thats a zone, and you port your commander in establish a base and attack/defend, which gains you resources for whatever puporse. Maybe certain zones are resource rich, and you have to port in an army to take it over, with bots to gather resources. And of course fight others. Then your friends in boston are under attack, so you port your stuff over there to fight. With some sort of home base you can port back to build, research, rest, log out.
