in Earthrise: First Impact

Is Earthrise a hard-core pvp game like Darkfall?  

 

Kind of interested in trying it out, but not if it's open PVP all the time...

    Was reading some older news that Earthrise was basically open PvP with full loot for items that weren't insured.  That still the case, or do they have PvE servers for carebears?

    40 views and not a single Earthrise player can reply and confirm whether or not the game is a full loot pvp game or if there's some way to just do PvE?

    There is only one server and its open pvp.
