Awesome! Very happy to see Earth Eternal return. I had a blast playing it last year and I am fine with having a Facebook account to play it. Facebook is a great way to get more people to try the game and I'm someone who ONLY uses my Facebook account for gaming as do many of my Facebook friends.
I'm less concerned how they changed the character models and if some races are no longer playable. I'm more interested in seeing some of the serious bugs squashed, especially the memory leak that made doing instances virtually unplayable for many of us.
This MMO was very special to me. I miss seeing things like American speed limit signs end up in a Europe of the far future to be converted into shields by the animal inhabitants. Little touches like that made this game what it was for me. I hope this sort of content remains.
the first game i was so entranced by that it changed my mind about f2p shops.

As some posted we l need to create fb avatar.aka acount.why?come on get real.this is getting out of hand with all the junk in the fb world there is a lot of it i just dont want it mixed with my real account.but then did you honestly think we were 500 million on facebook?more like 250 million lol.
Yay!!! I always wanted to play this game again, I'm a huge anthro fan, I'm simply proud to be a Furry. I'll be looking forward to playing this when it comes, certainly will be a lot more fun than WoW I bet.
Tried to check it out the first time but ran into a group of icky ERPers around the newbie zone (not to support stereotypes... but hey it happened). I hope to try out the new version though will be bummed if Cyclops, clockworks and Yeti are removed.

You're in luck, those races will be available on the US server. The Devs announced it at the Earth Eternal forum. Here are the announced races:
While I do have and use Facebook I am completly uninterested in using it to log into a game. Just because facebook gives you the option does not mean devs should be so lazy as to not code a proper log in system.
maybe it is just me but forcing mmo players to get them selves a facebook account is like flushing their game down the toilet right away. and if its not that then the idea of you are playing as a furry probaly will:) nty
Facebook is a fucking cheap way to advertise their game <.<
You can't login using your Facebook account without stuff about the game being posted on your wall.
Actually, that's not true. The only thing they're using Facebook for is to authenticate your game account. They're not posting anything to anybody's wall, don't have access to anybody's personal information and,in the event they choose to take advantage of viral marketing via Facebook it'll be opt-in only.

Great game. I loved how simple and yet funny it was (and will be).
Can't wait until it gets online again
