Nice, now i can give the game a shot.
thanks .. but for me this is a very very dated graphics and you still have to buy the game .. just search youtube and watch all the videos and read what others say. Its so not worth it. F2P are more fun and thats sad.
Not bad. I guess I'll give it a try this weekend. Dunno when the estate thing starts and when you get minions, but I wouldn't mind getting until there since that stuff seems most interesting.
Graphics? Pfff... Rift got ok graphics and I don't play it. AOC got great graphics and I don't play it. SW:TOR will have nice graphics and I won't play it. So screw graphics.
Let's play Fallen Earth (blind, 300 episodes)
Let's play Guild Wars 2 (blind, 45 episodes)
No, thanks. There is full spectrum of F2P games from PVP oriented AoC to decent PvE focused LOTRO with huge variety of more or less popular games in between, so I wont even bother downloading this one. Meh.
Man that sucks for anyone who paid $50 last month... or $20 last week. Finally the price is right for me!
Whoa, this game only been out a month, and they are already doing a free trial O.o
Even with a free trial I would not waste the time, it's simply BLAH of a game. The original concept when it was announced seemed awesome but the details in this version lack a lot of fluidity and realism of concept.
Thank you for the trial. I tried to get this game to work in beta, cant get it to work now when the game has gone gold. To bad I cant get it work, I really like the concept.

Just played for about an hour. Kind of reminds me of Guild Wars, with being able to have your own "body guards", though this squad system seems a bit more in depth. Just got to my estate and picked up the quests there.
Graphically and aesthetically I think it looks pretty damn good (max settings @ 1600x900 resolution). When I first saw Nekros Ruins I was in awe. And then when the metal giant picked me up, I was just like... dang... that was neat. Screeny of Nekros. Perhaps it's just my (bad perhaps?) taste, but I think it looks pretty cool.
The running animation looks a little bit odd (something just doesn't seem right with the arms), but casting animations look and feel fine to me. NPC's though seem to take a second or two to respond after being attacked.
Has it been enough for me to want to sub? Not yet. I'll find out after a few hours though.

I will have to check it out next time I have a few days off.
The game looks pretty good in max settings. Much better than the average so called AAA P2P MMO out there. The upcoming SW:TOR included (people are raving about that one, but the graphics are very cartoonish).
This game was my next target to buy and try. Not any longer after this terrible illnes spread to it.
Do you people have a clue why they went with lower graphics?? They even said it, a long time ago, if they went high end, how many people , subs could they get maybe 200,000k??? They did that so every basically with a computer could play the game. SO get a clue about a games graphics, Its smart of them to do that, games are not all about graphics, prime example FF14, they failed and look how good that game looks....
Now its free!!!! yOU KNOW why!!! Because its 100% graphics zero game play, if you want graphics there you go, bioware is smart!!
Oh I hate when people say sated graphics bleh, bleh , who cares, !
this Game is unfinished and is getting boring real quick. i give it max. 6 months untill it is going F2P, Retail Price allready droped to $ 15,99 on ( STEAM ).
That is bull and you know it! There is something called "Graphics Scaling". You might try read it up sometime.
I already said it in a different topic, LOTRO does it well. It practically runs on any system. But for the graphics fans with a decent system, they can go all out with max settings!
The "TRUE" reason is money! Nothing more! Nothing less! They just did not want to create different sets of textures (low res and high res) and maintain them.
But in 2-3 years from now, that decision is going to swing right back at them.
If they give you the usual 15 days you can finish all the content without paying.
3 days is enough to try ANY game out there. You can play if Fri, Sat and Sun. That SHOULD be enough for anyone to make a decision on if they like the game or not.
