Currently running around in GW again... lol d0ing some GVG's and whatnot, also thinking about talking to a couple of buddies about throwing down a three man resub to Vanguard... sounds really fun.
In the MMO genre I'm trying the F2P MMO Gunshine. It reminds me of the old game Fallout Tactics, minus the interesting character development and coherent plot. The combat is actually pretty dang fun, especially in groups. There's a ton of strategy involved and a pretty large variety of missions and areas to explore. What's really turned me off though so far is the ridiculous pricing scheme of some of the equipment in the cash shop:
Of course, because it's perfectly reasonable to charge $200+ for one weapon... never mind spending $400+ more for the rest of a set of gear.
Vanguard - Currently the best old school MMO out there right now. It definitely needs more people, but I have noticed the population rising in the last couple of months. Too bad this is an SOE game, other wise in the right hands it could be much bigger.
No MMOs atm, might get back into WOW I dunno.I'm playing fable 3, the witcher 2, and starcraft 2 a little. Before that I played CiV 5 a TON.Deus Ex looks cool, I'll prolly play that soon.
MMOs really need better gameplay, it's like 10 years behind singleplayer games.Better combat would be nice.Oblivion style combat or even what guild wars 2 is ganna have would be nice for a change.AoC and DnD combat don't really feel right. No weight behind any attacks or anything.
Also, more mmos need a real fully realized world like WOW has.WAR, AoC, Rift, etc all just have bits and pieces of a world you can goto and have very little diversity in environments.Despite it's flaws,WoW has great world design.Feels like I'm actually in a fantasy world. You can go from one end to the next all seamless with every land type transitioning from one to the next.Theres trains zeppelines and flying animals for travel and few load screens.Towns, outposts, villages etc with npcs all over doing stuff.Makes the world seem like a living world.
Nothing much else out there right now trips my trigger. However I am waiting on BF3 which will probably keep me gaming for a long while. Maybe Skyrim...depends.
World of Tanks and LOTRO on the online side, and occasionally Gears of War 2 horde mode. All very, very casually.
Single player right now would be Batman: Arkham Asylum, which I've gotten fairly far into before but for various reasons never beaten. I'm hoping to remedy that before Arkham City comes out.
That's pretty much it. I'd like to get a playthrough of ME2 in at some point before 3 comes out, but between work and school, I may not have the time to make that happen.

Holy CRap there are a lot of people playing Vanguard. I don't understand it, but more power to ya. Just amazed by this.
I haven't been playing any MMOs lately. Started playing TF2 again. I bought Limbo from Steam and that was a pretty fun SP game. I recently bought the newest Mortal Kombat for Xbox 360. It's been a long time since I've played any Mortal Kombat game so it was fun getting back into it.
I'm eagerly awaiting SWTOR, BF3, Rage, and Dead Island. Skyrim looks cool too. I must admit there are too many games coming out in a short amount of time. I won't have enough time to play them all.
warhammer online.. this is my second attempt at seeing if the game was more emersing and well its less than it was the first time i tried it.. so i probably wont be playing it after this months subs end.
and i play navy field, which is just utterly epic in comparrison to our choices on the games market at the momment and thats just sad!!! cause navy field is a 2d remnent of a once forgotten spectrum era.. i know its never been on the spectrum but it looks like it came from the spectrum.. but is still the best game ive played in the last 2 years. other than eve online.
but i have to admit the majority of my time is speant playing with my willy and not computer games.. todays games just dont do it for me.
Was playing Rift, wife and I are goofing off in Aion again honestly even now I have not seen any MMO that looks as good as Aion still does haha. Just kind of bouncing around killing time till Secret World and GW2 come out.
I pre-ordered SWTOR for me and my wife but canceled it. Just looks too like WoW for my tastes, I think it will be a solid game though just after all not gonna be for me.
I'll play BF3 when it comes out though for sure.
I am also following Planetside 2, I LOVED original game very much so had a huge "fun" factor to me.
- I have played Everquest, DAOC, Shadowbane, WoW, Aion, Rift, SW Galaxies, Planetside and Guild Wars (all expacs)
I'm playing Age of Empires 3 like an addict. Also been dabbling with Star Wars Empire at War and Stronghold 1 and 2. But mostly Age of Empires. I first got into gaming with fps on pc and third person shooters on console. Then mmos came along and they consumed almost all of my gaming time. I totally missed the whole strategy gaming thing, so I'm making up for lost time I guess.

EQ2, cause my friends are playing it. Having said that, the graphics and gameplay are quite impressive.

Linkrealms, Ultima Online and Star Wars Galaxies. Sandbox me up.
With Your Destiny - A pretty old game but with decent game play and good community.
Brawl Busters - A fun TPS-like game which I intend to play until S4 League comes to SEA.
Dragon Nest - Good combat that is very different from all other point-and-click games.
